My drink was made right. It feels a little disorganized though. Why am I going to two different registers at opposite ends of the counter to complete the order. The employee was nice. I'd go again

The 7-Eleven staff is great, but The Dunkin Donuts staff not so much. Beside that, their donuts are there for hours! Before opening. I also think they could start serving customers earlier.

A little slow but most coffee places are in the morning on a work day.traffic was unpleasant, but I came from the other way and took my place in line.

They already changed those who were there and they are quicker to prepare things, the others seemed sleepy and did not help the new employees, that was a mess, today I loved it

Got a very delicious mocha flavored iced coffee with cream & sugar! And extra whipped cream on top with chocolate drizzle! I love their iced coffee! ️️

So incredibly slow on a regular basis at any time of the day usually 30 minutes in the drive thru

The quantity of food you get for amount of $$$$$. It surely ain't worth it. The sandwiches are tiny, and the coffee is weak. Sorry to be so negative but that's just my opinion.

I absolutely love this Dunkin location. I come here every morning before work and Jessica and Terry are the best! The always make me a priority because they know I'm on my way to work. My order is usually always right and if it's not they always make sure it's fixed! I've visited other Dunkin locations in the area and this one by far exceeds the rest! Keep up the good work guys! You seriously help make my day start off right! I appreciate you ladies!

HORRIBLE! There is no reason you should have to spend 20min in a drive thru line for coffee. The gentleman taking orders just laughed and thought it was funny that his coworkers were being loud and he couldn’t hear me. I ordered a hot caramel latte and was asked 5 times what I was ordering. I’m sorry I know it’s young kids that work these types of jobs (I once worked at dunkin) but my goodness raise your standards for your employees Dunkin’. This is why people go to Starbucks. And to the employees (kids) if you can’t even handle this job and make a simple cup of coffee your never going to make it anywhere in life…. Just sad

Ordered from here twice so far and both times my flavoring for two coffees was missing, and they didn’t put the correct ingredients on the breakfast sandwiches.

Worst customer service ever! I’ve been going to this location for over a year everyday to get coffee and the people who work here can NEVER give me the right coffee they are so incompetent and RUDE! Its a shame cause I love the midnight and previous dark roast but only like once out of the five times a week I go I get the right coffee. Horrible location don’t go.

This location is just okay. It is the only one in the area so that’s the only reason I frequent here. The drive-thru is always lined up to the street and slow. I have got into the habit of doing a mobile order for inside pick up, but they will take 10 minutes to have it ready. I have gotten to the point I will order it from my house before I leave, and it still won’t be ready when I get there. And if it is ready, it takes the employees another 5 minutes to acknowledge my presence to give it to me. I definitely don’t recommend this location if you’re in a hurry, that’s for sure!

Why there today for a dozen donuts. Asked for 6 vanilla cream.gave us headlights instead. No one here like chocolate! Scraped the chocolate off. Took a bite and they're STALE! Song ever go to this location again!
