It’s a good Dunkin. It’s a bit strange because it’s inside the store but it’s just like any other.

Everything was fine, just a sense of being of rushed and being a number rather than a person.

Total scam store! Be careful, a few people have already noticed that when you go in to buy something the guy there (seems to be the owner) will add an extra item or two to your charge and if you say something he'll pretend that he made a mistake!
He has tried it with me 3 times already! Stay away from this place

The worst service! They need real barista who loves making coffee. They complicated my order at their own expense. Unacceptable

Tea refresher was sour ransid
& Ham & swiss crusant was cold inside not heated enough.

Service was slow, donuts were stale and wasn't very clean either. National Donut Day offer was advertised but not honoured.

The owners son was soooo rude! This is the second time he yelled at people. His dad is super nice but the son is awful.

I would give them ZERO if I could. Unfortunately this Dunkin is the close to my house and on my way to work. I always order by mobile in advance. And every single time when I get there my order my order is NEVER ready or they keep the food orders held hostage behind the counter and of course they do not pay attention to ppl coming to pick up mobile orders so I’m usually standing there waiting for someone to hand me my order. Every time I come I am dissatisfied! I am changing to another location even if I have to drive farther. I DO NOT recommend this location!

Got hooked on these matcha lattes at Starbucks and decided to try D&D's. Couldn't have been worse. The lady that made it couldn't have cared or done less. All the matcha was either stuck to the lid or sunk to the bottom. Undrinkable.

Dear god stay away from here unless you want a surreal experience getting a cup of coffee. May the lord bless your soul if you ask for anything other than just a straight pour black coffee.

Terrible coffee was just cream and sugar. No coffee! Dirty and service was awful and food.

We asked for strong dark coffee and the older gentleman was so kind to offer to make us some. That to me is excellent customer service! He was very polite and smiled. Thank you so much for your kindness! Great job!

Bas service, every other place made me hot chocolate’s with almond milk, but they didnt want to.bad service

They seem to take their dining area - even though I ordered takeout. The croissant Sandwich is too tier…. Perfect quick place to stop by and get a bit to eat…
