Dunkin', Clearwater FL

Multiple times i’ve ordered on the app and they don’t have anything that i ordered and they say they can’t give a refund, and the app has no customer service team to give a refund. So i’m just out of my money, Would recommend not using the app, and going to a better run dunkin for the convenience always seemed to be let down at this location.

They have a new butter pecan coffee drink and refuse to use oatmilk in the blender due to allergies. They only use regular milk said the person on the speaker. One come to other locations no problem but this location said no.

The Chorizo wrap was burned black an looked like vomit inside. Nothing like the advertised photos. To bad I can't post the photos

Coffee was good the only team member was helpful and pleasant. Took a long while because he was the only crew member in building but he made best of situation

Coffee was ok, not busy when there, bagel hit the spot thou couldn't taste the sesame seeds. Responsive staff, small seating area inside, overall fair.

Same experience as another commenter a couple of months ago – you had one job: Put the frosted donut in the bag with the frosting up. It seems a no-brainer! But apparently is a habit at this Dunkin’ Donuts.

I normally love coming to this Dunkin’ even though my orders aren’t always perfect today was very disappointing. On my way to work I’m taking sips of my coffee and it tasted awful I get to work and open the lid and it almost looks like the creamer is curdled. I stirred it hoping that’s all it need but I was wrong. 3 bucks of coffee in the trash.

This location has the Friendliest staff and donuts were fresh and my order was correct and they were fast and super friendly which I definitely appreciated. Keep it up Dunkin!

I go into this location almost every day and Get the same thing every day and they still manage to screw it up every day! Horribly managed

Whoever packed the boston creme donut put it in the bag upside down. Not happy no chocolate frosting

The coffees are okay, but the service here is absolutely terrible. There have been 2 times now I have pulled up to the window for only 3 items and been told to pull forward, and they'd bring out my item to me. Well, I waited over 10 minutes each incident.once for a caramel ice coffee and once for a stupid bacon and egg wake up wrap.like dude McDonald's serves me faster.

We ordered 2 iced coffees this morning. 1 with french vanilla and 1 with caramel.they BOTH taste like the flavors have been mixed. This is not the first time they have messed our order up

Worst Dunkin' Donuts ever. Sat over 12 minutes at the window waiting for a wake up wrap and then when I got tired of waiting and asked for my money back they couldn't even figure out what transaction it was to refund. It wasn't worth the $3 to wait any longer so they can keep it as the last money I'll ever give them.

Yea these other reviews on drinks are spot on. These were literally the 2 worst coffees we’ve ever had. One was just milk with a splash of coffee. The iced coffee tasted disgusting. Trying to get a refund through the app is like pulling teeth. Stick with Starbucks.

Beyond burnt bagel (with cream cheese)! I had to discard it. It was a 30 minute wait just in line. They had at least a 12-15 car line in the drive-thru and 8 person line in the store. You could tell there was not enough staff for the store to function properly. I should not have to suffer because of that. The bagel should have been remade when it came out of the toaster like that.

The location is disgusting, it takes 15 minutes to be served, the order was wrong and overcharged, and they serve expired food.
