16I never write reviews because it’s okay for people to have an off day. But literally everytime I come here it’s such poor customer service. If I go inside not a single worker acknowledges your presence not even a “I’ll be with ya shortly! ” They just ignore you until you’re like “hello? ” And then today in a the drive through I ask for a simple chocolate frosting sprinkle donut and she gives me a weird colored donut and I just asked for the chocolate and she was so rude and so goes isn’t that what’s in the bag and I said no- so she seemed so annoyed took the bag back and then gave me the correct donut and I asked for napkins since she didn’t give me any and she very rudely said anything else? As if I were annoying her for my correct order and some napkins. If you hate your job so much you guys need to quit and do something else. I work in customer service which is once again why I never do negative reviews because I understand sometimes the call gets dropped but literally everytime I go here it’s bad. I’m not coming back to this one ever. Get new management and staff that actually likes people. Your in a people business.
Never coming back, not eating the sandwich I just ordered either. Absolutely disgusting in there. The girl that took my order literally said two words to me never made eye contact I watched her make my sandwich on top of a dirty countertop. And I mean the egg part of the sandwich was literally sitting on top of crumbs on the metal counter. The guy that took my money handed me back my change with a crumpled receipt and didn't say anything either. Dunkin' Donuts you guys ought to be ashamed of yourselves for hiring people like this. What a waste

People are nice, but they dont really care about the customers that much. She gave me 2 donuts that were hard: (Coffee is good though. Also, they dont respond on the speakerphone when you try to order.
Went here today after my first day of college to make myself feel better. I didn’t catch the girls name in the drive thru but she was absolutely amazing and made me day 100x better!
Hey great staff! They just cant get my hot chocolate right! But they are really trying! I dont usually eat out so its a little challenging for me too. Once you get my hot chocolate right I will give you your 5 star! Lol

Rude. It is July 19 and approximately at 7: 39, the woman behind the register was rude af. She wasn’t wearing a name tag so I don’t know her name, but your customer service skills don’t exist. I will not be stopping at this location ever.
We are outside the place now at 6.20 and it is closed because we saw the boy inside and he just peeked in and hid and he did not attend us and the door is closed and we already waited more than 10 minutes and it does not open but at least there would have been no stop say something and nothing
About 2-3 times a week I stop at this location on my way to work. There is a 50/50 chance of it being a good experience, unfortunately it usually isn't. I have seen up to 4 people working and at times just 2, including whom I'm assuming is the manager. When they are low on staff - they lock the doors. But with the new seating arrangement - it is obvious that they don't want many people to dine-in, no more than 3 separate groups of people. The drive thru line comes in from two directions, so good luck on keeping up with who came in what order and people being courteous and fair. The greeting at the drive thru is horrible, "go ahead with your order", that's if you do hear what is said. I drink decaf, whether hot or iced, that's also a hit or miss. I would hope they understand that people order decaf for a reason - it can be just a preference but for other people it can be for medical reasons and even mental health reasons. I have seen Splenda used when I've asked for Equal. I have had so much ice, that I can't get the straw in until it melts a bit.
This location is prime, so I don't know if they are understaffed due to how much they pay the employees or what. I have never worked in the food service industry, but if a customer is angry due to poor service and the employee has no control over the staff shortage - yes, the employee will have an "attitude", yes - you get what you give, the customer is not always right. On the plus side I have always gotten what I went in for, 9/10 times it's usually just coffee.
The iced coffee tastes sour 90% of the time. It's likely either the coffee or the creamer. The staff will give you lazy, short, one word communications at the drive through. This is a location I will avoid.
Old donut was given to me. Hard bagel. My coffee was not what I ask for. The new young chick that’s manger but don’t know what she doing is rude.
Horrible service. I ordered thru door dash last week and they got my order completely wrong, at that it was $20 order. Called the manager the same day and he stated that I can come and get a dozen donuts in return for their screw up. I sent a coworker to go and get the donuts and they only gave 1/2 dozen and was extremely rude. This dunkin should just close specially when the lobby is always closed. I dont even want to give a star but I have to in order to post this.
Clean and colorful atmosphere, they had our fav donuts and loved the 2 girls working there I believe one of them was Shireen (forgive me if I spelled it wrong) she made fresh coffee for us. Both girls were great excellent customer service.
I order the same thing at all the time at various locations, frozen coffee with shot of espresso, and this one tasted and looked like it was just cream no coffee.
All Dunkin’s are coming to crap…. But this Dunkin has got to be one of the worst. I placed a mobile order at 8: 07am. I got there at 8: 16am giving them already, 9 minutes to get ONE COFFEE ready. I’m waiting and waiting no one acknowledges me & finally say I have a mobile order I placed almost 20 minutes ago for one coffee. She asked me what it was, I told her, and she said nothing back until 2 minutes later she told her coworker to start brewing the decaf coffee. How do you not even have it brewed/brewing already especially if you have someone who ordered it online over 20 minutes ago at this point! I don’t understand. I didn’t have time to wait, yes it’s a $2 coffee but I spent money on it and was not able to drink it because I could not wait another 5 minutes. RIDICULOUS
