The rudest people work here. Drive thru are just nasty to deal will. Attitude and impatient. Would not recommend this Dunkin, and it's sad because it right down the street from me and I get my coffee for Dunkin several times a week but never this one again

The staff was very nice our food was exceptional but when my husband tried to get off of his stool at the high top table, the stool was broken (unbeknownst to us) and my husband almost fell in the floor. He grabbed me and I burnt myself with my coffee. We asked for a manager to just tell them if the broken stool and she never came out. I realize she has obligations, but being a restaurant manager myself, if a customer wanted to see me I was trained to go directly to the customer. We went ahead and left and I will call corporate just to advise them. This needs to be fixed.

I came here asking for my drink for a pick up and the lady gave me attitude with the orange hair and I just sat there quietly looking at her wondering why I'm getting attitude when my drinks not even to the top.my drink is literally filled half way and you're giving me attitude. I didn't even ask her to fix my drink. I just left.

Breakfast sourdough sandwich was nice, decent coffee, donuts not as nice as Krispy Kreme but still nice.

Went here today and they didn’t have any refreshers, butter pecan flavoring, or croissant stuffers. That’s ridiculous! We left since everything we tried to order was not available. Dunkin do better making sure your stores have items in stock that are on the menu. They also barely had donuts…They said they won’t have it until their truck comes. This is a big pain point with this company.

Placed a mobile order at 7: 00am to pick up before I went to work. When I got to the speaker, the girl told me that the donuts would take 20 mins for them to bake and that donuts are not ready at this time. This is my weekly go-to Dunkin and this is the first time I EVER heard this as I’ve ordered donuts for my co-workers at 7am before. Lol. Anyways, I asked if they can replace it with 2 wake up wraps for the inconvenience. When I pulled up, she said “this is not an inconvenience” and proceeded to tell me that she will not replace my donuts next time. Y’all need better employees. I don’t know how anyone can have a bad attitude at 7 in the morning.

The girl at the window was very sweet and professional. I had to make a change to my order and the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. When the girl at the window tried to explain what happened with the receipts, The manager or supervisor said thats what happens when you make changes. The manager or supervisor seemed stressed but thats no excuse for unprofessionalism.

Worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Jennifer the worst manager I've ever dealt with. Rude rude rude. I called corporate reported her which I would never do except for the fact she was that awful.i can't even believe she's a manager that's embarrassing that she represents your company

Then I ask for water for my son they charge for water. This the only place that we’ll charge you for water. All other locations we’ll give you free water

Staff was very nice. The sourdough breakfast sandwich was horrible the bread was like rubber and very dense. Would not buy that again. Frozen hot chocolate was delicious

This DD is consistently good! The staff is always friendly, smiling, and attentive. I get my coffee here every morning and it is nice to see the same people. They are the fastest DD in our area and their coffee and food is always fresh!

There was an item I forgot to order (my fault) however. I explained that I forgot an item and was told I had to go back thru the drive thru. Um no way

Three donuts were good, but the filling was sparce with the jelly filled. I could of bought half a cake.

I called because I wanted check my order at 9: 59 am and placed a huge order mind u the lady was rude said were busy and under staffed hung up on me I spent over 75.00 checking order comes with condiments they hung up

Had a donut and coffee. Everything was good.
Don't know why the lobby closes so early.

If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend just came back from there and they treated him like a bum because he showed up on a bike to get our kids and my food. Well the coffee was made correctly, but my bagel wasn't toasted and the cream they put on it tasted like it had gone bad. His wake up wrap, the egg wasn't even cooked all the way. The donuts was not the ones we ordered. I jus can't believe it. I had been there years ago and it was great, but now it was terrible. Do better!

Haven’t had an issue with them till today. Decided to get donuts for my kids. I go to the drive thru. Waited there for 5mins no one said HELLO or GIVE ME A MIN or SOMETHING. I pulled to the window to make sure it was open. The girl working there tells me I have to go back to the speaker. Like okay I understand I just want to make sure it was open. She said I’m busy doing that guys other. A guy that order in the window. Okay that’s cool but you don’t have to be rude to me. You could have said something to me. Not just leave me waiting for 5mins. I asked her if they had donuts she said no. Like okay thank you!

I wish that location better attitude and faster service. Now everything is very low level, the same as service.

Food was great, and even though we had to sub donuts from our mobile order and they had no tomatoes they were insanely nice and understanding. I had a big order and it was ready quickly and nothing was messed up! One of the best Dunkin experience I've had!
