Enough said
I do not recommend coming here
Order is always wrong. Lady at the front can’t understand how to work the register so they just charge you the wrong amount. If you get the right drink the lid isn’t even on so it’ll spill everywhere.
I have lived here for a year and this Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst one I have ever been to. The drive-through is never open and the customer service is poor.
The workers are always the most rude people I ever come in contact with and the food 9 times out of 10 is burnt or not what i asked for.
Drive thru was open for order but closed at the location.
Had to go inside and it took 30 minutes to get my order ready.
Order was completely wrong.
I honestly do not understand why this Dunkin’ is so awful? Every single time we order (which for some reason has been several times regardless) our food is cold and my coffee is typically melted. My wrap is always cold on the inside and slightly warm on the outside. The workers are rude and clearly don’t want to be there, and it shows with the quality.
With service like this, no wonder they are only open until 3pm. Ordered a mobile order on app with a drive thru pick up, when we pulled up we were told to come inside to order. Came in, rudely greeted and told them we had a mobile order…. Our order was sitting by the drive thru window…make it make sense! Do better.
Hoping the owner of this franchise sees this because your employees are doing you no favors.
Waiting in the drive through for over 10 minutes with no answer, everyone started to pull to the window just to have the employees tell us that there is no manager and the person that takes orders is in the bathroom. They told everyone that they had to get back in the car line or come inside.
As someone that lives near this store, I know for a fact they can take orders at the window. Has happened many times when the speaker was broken (which happens a lot).
Retraining of your staff is a must. Many of us won’t be returning and you’re about to run out of the tourist business until next season. Good luck in the slow season with an operation as inept as this.
This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. They NEVER have enough donuts! Doesn’t matter what time you come by. My husband and I generally come by at 8am and they are already out of donuts…This is a tourist area and you would think whomever delivers to this location would make sure they have enough! Been like this for years so I don’t see anything changing
I ordered the grilled cheese.it was terrible! The bread was toasted with 2 pieces of cold cheese in between! The cheese was not melted at all! When the worker came to the window to serve my food, the establishment reeked of marijuana! I’ll never visit this establishment again while on vacation!
Pulled up to the drive thru and no one answered, waited and still no answer. Pulled to the window and no one answered either. Placed a mobile order, waited then went inside, they didn’t have plain bagels or croissants which is what I ordered. Super disorganized and borderline rude. These people should not be working in customer service.
The drive through is closed during business hours sporadically. How do you know? , by sitting in the drive thru for 10+ minutes only to drive forward and no window service available. No sign to warn you. This is a persisted problem that I've tried to work with. It's inconvenient and lacks any customer service care. I guess the one time visit tourists help business, but this local is done.
The management should check out the dunkin in fwb Eglin parkway. They never miss a beat.
We went through the drive through at 8: 30a on a weekday, and no one responded after asking twice (~2-3 min). We ended up going inside, and there were 6 staff (1 training, another training the new employee), and 4 others just hanging around. The cold brew I got was watered and weak, like a regular iced coffee. They really didn't care. Didn't have any negative interactions, and I don't mind trainees. I do mind not responding to the drive through speaker (or at least posting a sign saying it's out of order?) as well as seeing multiple people just sitting around doing the bare minimum. I'm empathetic.folks should get paid more, but please do the job?
