Dunkin', Orlando FL

I wish there were more Dunkins in Orlando. Where I am from in New England, we give directions based on where all the Dunkin Donuts are along the way, lol. I am obsessed with the Butter Pecan Iced Latte with whipped cream, which I was told is now a forever flavor. Sadly, I went to order one last week, and they said they are not available any longer until next summer! To the powers that be, please make Butter Pecan an all year flavor

This location has flies in food. Tons of code violations, rude people and employees walk out to do drugs in parking lot. Manager has a bad attitude along with staff and not a friendly place. Place is never clean.
I can’t give it no stars but that is what it deserves.
Will never visit this location again to order food

Worst dunkin' donuts I have ever been to. Staff is argumentative. They will not let a customer use the restroom until the customer makes a purchase. They claim it is DD's corporate policy. Don't think so. Manager was simply clearing doughnut baskets but would not take care of me while the front staff was preparing three hot drinks. I have had service issues (slow and unattentive) with this location in the past - as well as cleanliness issues (many dead flies on windowsills). I was hoping the issues I had in the past had been corrected as the district manager told me they were working on training staff. Didn't happen. Never again for me! Let the customer be aware.

When I came inside nobody was at the counter. I had to wait for a few minutes until someone came. They only had original donuts thats it. She told me that every dd in orlando has only the original ones. Even though I was the only person in there I had to wait quite a while for my coffe. Worst experience

Talk about the slowest service I've ever had. Nobody at the drive thru line. Nobody inside the store. 10 minutes just to make a simple iced coffee. This place should just shut down

Don’t go through the drive through. The workers are absented minded and rude. I would rather drive an extra 3 miles for the other Dunkin’ location than this one.

Went in wanting to kill time before we headed to the airport by eating 's and a little. Also wanting to take with me to the airport (long layover/flight). We were in the actual lobby at the counter OVER 5 minutes while the employees literally stood in the back gossiping and laughing. The young lady was taking out the garbage and saw us pull in! She looked at us on her way to the garbage and looked at us walking back to the store. Her glare should have told us to turn around right there. There's 5 of us all talking. Not only did they hear us, but they also saw us. It was 4 pm. At least lie and say you ran out of doughnuts. If you were busy and left us standing there, I would understand. No joke, we were the only people in the entire restaurant besides the employees. Disappointed is an understatement. Found a Starbucks close and was greeted with a smile and some sweet treats.

We had an awful experience. The 2 sandwiches took a long time, they were dry and flavorless, and they got one wrong.

The worst service The cold food The person who is at the window and in the kitchen are the worst rude I went downstairs to use the bathroom and she tells me that I have to be a customer I tell her that my husband is shopping outside and then she tells me that it is damaged I ask her about the manager she tells me it is her and I ask her for her name and they both did not even look at me and turned a deaf ear I do not recommend anyone to go to this place I will give 0 stars

Terrible service, I totally agree with many comments read. From the moment we arrived, the girl with the curly hair picked up served us with a very bad face, she got confused in the order, she was disrespectful. I ordered a HOT cappuccino and it was served cold. It seems that they have no desire to work or provide a good service, they just want to collect their hours and period. This event occurred at 10: 30 AM on July 11

The cashier was completely clueless and kept getting confused about our order when there is clearly a sign behind her. Then she calls another person over for help and immediately she gives me an attitude. I order two shots of espresso and she has no idea what I mean.then this same girl comes over again and puts her hand up and tells me to hold up. Both were rude and unprofessional. They then both said I don't know how to order. If you're going to work in customer service, this is not how you treat customers. No wonder it was not busy on a Saturday morning. I left without ordering. We'd rather drive another 15 minutes to a different Dunkin.

Horrible customer service. The manager, Zandalee, was so rude and unprofessional. I'm not sure why, I gave them a good review with their corporate office, and now she treated us like nothing! We didn't get anything at all. We will never come back. And I will call corporate to report her.

Really poor customer service. Did not want to assist me and our family. Made us feel unwelcome during the whole experience. I don’t know if it is that Dunkin can’t find better people to work at this location or they just don’t care

8: 04 am Monday May 29. The woman at the window was so rude. We drove up after placing our mobile order. We announced we placed the order and she snidely responded that the order had just come in and they were still working on it. We got to the window and she said, " just the drinks? " We told her no and she asked us what we ordered and with a nasty tone to boot. Here's a thought, read the ticket. Perhaps had she done that, my coffee would have been made correctly. Milk is not cream by the way! I couldn't drink my coffee. What a waste.
