Dunkin', Ocala FL

Normally the Dunkin I can count on to get the drinks right, but not this time. The sweet tea was sour and the coffees we got just were not made correct (one has sugar when it wasn’t supposed to, one used regular milk when it was supposed to be almond)

Had to wait for my drink and that is fine. But as I am waiting person is throwing up all at the front in the rocks on the patio. Goes back in and then comes back out and throws up some more on the patio and rocks. Call and tell how nice it was to watch and they needed hose it down watch employee walk in and people walk in it as I tell them to watch out. To top it off my drink was awful

Food was awful, dry and tasted old. Coffee was good. Service was slow. Building had a lot of flies in it

Ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and added bacon, now I know they had to look at the bagel after cutting it and you guys thought this was acceptable to serve to your customers? I don’t know what dirty utensil they cut the bagel with but it is sickening.

So first time at this location the lady at the drive thru window snatched my bf card out his hand then gave me a attitude because I told her the drink so completely wrong after me and my bf told her three times how I wanted my drink then my bf drink was cold DONT work at a place like this if your going to be rude and have a attitude with everyone.

Had ordered on line was good picked up within 10 minutes. This place was clean and employees where friendly and helpful. You can seat outside. Free parking and. Handicap parking not Handicap friendly when entering the building. They have a Drive Through

Ordered 6 jelly donuts, 2 glazed and 2 braverian creme. Received 2 glaze and 2 braverian creme.

Very difficult to find. Look for Baskin Robins

They gave me the wrong donut. Then I asked for a key for the men's room which I assume was empty but I barged in on a guy taking a dump. I told them their Key System sucks and walked out

This place is a hit or miss. Orders are wrong 1/2 the time. Can’t use the app because they always run out of stuff. Definitely poorly managed.

Went to get food with my husband and daughter and the staff is so rude yelling at me because no one could hear them yelling out items on the order. I don't understand how you can be rude to a customer when no one can hear you. I am not surprised after looking at other reviews on this location.

I prefer Dunkin’ Donuts to Starbucks or any other coffeehouse. This Dunkin’ Donuts has a couple staff members that make delicious lattes and Americanos. It’s also a Baskin-Robbins so you can take the kiddos here when you get yourself a coffee.

Very rude and made my coffee wrong! The girl who took my order didn’t know the difference between a shot and swirl!

Customer service terrible gave me a burnt toast and the bottom of the box had a piece of cheese. Didn’t even complete my order and was very rude when I asked for a refund.
Ruined my morning 0/10 recommend

We stopped in after dinner for a scoop of BR Ice cream
It was not busy, good service.

It is always an inconvenience for them for me to order over the phone. I get either 18 or 24 bagels with cream cheese at least once a week and it is always a bother for them. They get down right nasty. It would be a lot easier to order on line but you can only order one item at a time.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Ocala. They never make my coffee right and it’s just a waste of money.

Dunkin on Silver Springs Blvd is usually very good. Early in the morning the donuts are fresh & fantabulous
Good service depends on who's on & what mood their in-which is why they get a 3 & I'm being generous. They need to be welcoming considering we're spending the money.
Overall I will give them five stars for when they're really up and running well because not everybody's cheery
And welcoming But! When the donuts are fresh they are delish!
