It’s only 8: 30’sh and they were out of 3 items I was looking for. Always heard how terrible this place is until I experienced it myself. DO NOT go here, bad service. Do better DD!

Every single time I come here my sandwich is wrong EVERY single time. No one can pick up the phone to hear my complaint

I swear this dunkin messes up my coffee 98% of the time, I give up with this one. Drive the extra few miles for any other one

Claude at the drive thru window of this location went out of her way to show that she did not want to be working on this Black Friday. For some reason, shutting the window mid sentence to block out customer questions. Interesting. Then, when asked about getting a stirrer for the coffee, walked off in a huff to get a straw. Great. So, will not be back. Thanks for a good start to the morning, hope it's a busy day for ya

So the idiot working the window hands me a steaming hot coffee with the top not on all the way and the way he handed it to me it dropped all over me and my car. All he can say is I didn’t put the top on BRO. Then started getting tough through the window. Absolutely ridiculous. I wish I could give them a zero

Drive thru.often slow to come to microphone, and why would you put a chocolate frosted doughnut face down in a bag for your customer or stuff the napkins on top of it?

Food consistent, not always a lot of thought when packaging things. Very often get a chocolate frosted doughnut stuck in bag upside down with all the frosting stuck to bottom of bag or stuck to napkins in bag. Service smiley and friendly.

Horrible customer service! Never seen anything like it. Messed up up all three order including our last donut order which they gave us two wrong donuts and when we went up to show that they gave us two chocolate CAKE donuts instead of chocolate custard regular donuts, they refused to fix it and demanded we pay again for another two donuts. Never seen this kind of poor customer service. Asked to speak to the manager. There is no manager. They would not give me the number of their manager. I’ve never seen such poor customer service. Worst experience.

So i go to this location all the time, i never have issues. Workers are nice, coffee is always good. I went today got my iced chai latte like always with skim milk. The milk was spoiled, could tell by first sip.i’m not too worried about it. I just wanna make sure for they are rotating and checking the dates on their products. Don’t want anyone getting sick.

I use the phone app to order so when I get there it's straight thru if you haven't been using there mobile app to order your missing out on the time you could be saving my also I get free coffee when I build up my points so it's a win win. The staff are very knowledgeable able the menu and everything is made with great care and it shows in the taste and they don't just throw your food in the bag like a lot of places do. But stop in and give them a try if you haven't already I'm sure you'll love ve it as well. God bless and have a great day.

If I could give this particular location zero stars, I would. The drive thru people are very rude and very non-helpful - very argumentative. Do not recommend this location at all.

Ordered through my mobile app a bacon, egg and cheese wake up wrap the bacon was raw. Also had everything seasoning on it when it was supposed to just be a regular wrap.also ordered a large caramel craze ice latte made with almond milk due to allergy and it was made with cream. Lattes aren’t supposed to be made with cream, unless specifically requested by then went back to the location requested a refund showed them the bacon was raw and explain about my drink. They refused to give me a refund say they couldn’t even though I explained, I work at a Dunkin’ through the same company, and that you could refund a mobile order they got very rude and walked away and the issue was unresolved

8: 30 in the morning at a donut restaurant. I should be able to purchase a dozen GLAZED donuts! A common donut that should be readily available at a donut restaurants! I was told there was a limit and I couldn't purchase a WHOLE dozen.a whole dozen? !? ! Its not even uncommon for a whole dozen of them! If you have limited supply and I get to you 1st! I should be able to purchase them! If they are not available for the next person.that's not my problem. That's the restaurants problem and now you've made your problem.my problem! Unacceptable!

Every Sunday I get my coffee try something new everytime and always on point. All the young people working there are amazing and great service too. I'm never in a wait for so long.
