I would give this place a 0 if that was an option. I saw an employee picking his nose and making the food what a disgusting sight I hope you all shut down. Managers are stoned. Also Jasmine is a very nasty employee. Her service is very slow every time I’m there and she’s also slow in the head. She’s very rude and unprofessional. She left me waiting in the drive through for 2 minutes and she said not one word till I yelled hello through the speaker. Then at the window I was waiting for about 7-8 minutes for only 3 drinks on top of that I placed those 3 drinks 30 minutes ago so it should’ve been done. Her attitude is gross

The time on the GPS says is 2: 00 closes. They're still open. They don't accept orders only through the app but the app says is closed. Misinformation on this GPS and whatever else other stores says open at 2: 00 fake information

This location was great all year until the last month or so. Ordered a Cookie Butter Cold Brew and cruller today. The cruller still had raw dough on the inside and the coffee was ice and black coffee only. It had no syrup, cold brew or topping, even though it's right on the cup sticker and the receipt taped to the cup.

Very slow today. My order was rung up at 7: 21 am and it wasn't ready until 7: 34 am. That's a 13 minute wait

The place was very clean soon as we walked in the young man took care of us we ordered some donuts we ordered some coffee we went to the other side and gave the ticket waited set down very clean very clean I like the service I will go back

Donuts are always old and cold, new to improve on management side, employees dont care and you almast never can find the donuts you looking for, so close to my house but I guess wont be coming back, sorry

I love this place it's on my way to work. I order walk in or drive up services but consistently missing food items from my orders.
Please make sure you check your orders before leaving the property!

Pro of this Dunkin is their hours of operation. Closed for only 2 hours (2am-4am).
Cons: Long lines, lazy employees, lazy employees, lazy employees, wrong orders, missing items, and lazy employees.
On 1 occasion, on my way to an appointment, I stopped to get a medium hot chocolate. The line was long, but it didn't deter me from waiting. Well, it's my fault for not lifting the lid from the hot cup immediately after it was handed to me. A few mins after driving off, I went to take a sip, and I just knew my nose was lying to me because there's no way I smelled coffee. I took a sip, and it was black coffee. Unfortunately, I couldn't return to the location due to my appointment so I tried the next best thing. I called the store location but did not get a hold of anyone. I then dialed corporate, who did nothing but advised that I would need to resolve the issue with the store. I returned 2 hours later because I was going to get what I paid for or a full refund. To my surprise, there were 2 more customers making the same complaint as myself. The manager or shift leader commented that the incompetent employee was giving black coffee to everyone who ordered hot chocolate. The manager was apologetic and provided store credit for a free menu item.
Since that incident, I've had a few additional issues: An employee took my order and payment and forget to return with my purchased item.

Mostly clean place. I like that it has a few comfortable chairs and a booth. I wish more DD places had comfortable seats. Service was ok, but a bit slow. Food and drinks were in line with expectations.

Such a great experience. The drive thu guarda had such patience and kindness. Her name.was Blanca I think. Promote her lol. Overall great service

This dunkin is the sloooooooowest one I've ever been to! The average rate of getting a simple drink order correct is maybe 30% and that's on their good days. If it weren't for this VIP card that gives free drinks, I would NEVER come here! Overall customer service is poor and currently sitting in the drive-thru for 26 minutes.just sad!

It was great the only issue for me was the workers accents were so thick it was very hard to understand them. But other than that amazing.

Ive been coming here every morning to get a refresher all of sudden, Kairo & Sandra wants to charge extra for just base when I've been getting this for a very long time. I understand this is a franchise told by corporate, but there's nothing written for a extra charge on base.

Great location and the drinks and food are good.unfortunately they have never figured out how to get orders out in a timely manner. If you use the app your order is usually ready when you arrive. If you go in or dare to try the drive through you will wait a loooooong time.

They are slow, deadly slow and they get it wrong about 90% of the time, but I like them anyway.
They always do something wrong. Walk-in is better than drive-up.
It was great today! Every day is different.

I’m on vacation four of town from NY. This place had top notch service. Went above and beyond to make me and my family happy.
