Waited in line for 20 minutes, only to find out they don't take DUNKIN gift cards.left my wallet with my husband, so I had to get out of line and back in once I got my card. No signs up indicating they do not accept gift cards. Then the woman was SO rude about the entire situation

Ordered their version of an Egg McMuffin. Positively inedible. Stale muffin with horrible smelling egg/cheese combination. Two bites and I threw it away. Two glazed donuts were reasonably good. Just don’t order breakfast here

The hispanic ladies are very rude and have no manners or customer service whatsoever. My family and i were ordering food and she was getting very impatient as we added to our order. Once we ordered they continuously got our orders incorrect and caught attitudes with us and talked about us in spanish not knowing we’re hispanic ourselves they need to slow down and read the tickets CORRECTLY and not catch an attitude. Spent $75 for food that wasn’t even correct and received attitude for wanting the correct food. Won’t be coming back here again

I stop by to get a small coffee latte. When I took I felt the cup really light… I thought it was weird because I saw when the employee just placed on the counter. Surprised because the cup weight I decided to open it and OMG, they filled out just the half. I asked him about and he said firm: that is the amount that the company allow us to serve the coffee. CMON! $3.81 for that? REALLY? !?

Lady on blue shirt today around 8 in morning poor adtitud I waited for more them 25 minutes even other customers was pissoff cuz they got me waiting for a capuchino they need to get different workers or move that place away from plaza

Food and service is good but watch you receipt! They had a clear sign for bagel with butter spread for $2.32 but they are always charging the customer $3.09 which is their bagel with cream cheese… I told them about the difference but I guess they did not know how to fix it and still charged me 3.09. Not a big difference in price so I let it go. I wonder if I am 10 cents short if they will give me the food! Dunkin corporate.fix it!

This location definitely needs some kind of on site management, way to much chatter from employees, orders are incomplete, you need a better system for pick up when you're number is called! Should be out of the way from the order line.

Ordered late with oat milk.after 15 minutes I hear question can it be smth different cause they don't have oat milk.in total 25 mins waiting for coffee bit too long

I love Dunkin' but this time I had a bad experience, I asked for one thing and they gave me another and the girl, knowing that I was wrong, has a bad temper and gives poor service. If they don't do the job well, let someone else work who loves the job and serves well because It's not fair to have a bad time when all I wanted was to have breakfast in peace.

The WORST food our family has ever ate. We got 6 microwaved, yet stale has browns. A burnt croissant with our breakfast sandwich, and the breakfast taco didn't even contain 2 ounces of egg or filling. A waste of money! I will never eat at Dunkin again.
The service was extremely SLOW. 1 person working the cook line, 1 on register at 9am. It took 30 minutes for our disgusting food to be served. We threw most of it away.
Don't waste your money or time stopping at this location.
I can't even phathome the price we paid for such garbage.

The food was great but never use the kiosk. The kiosk charges your card as a processing charge but doesn't order your food.

Delicious breakfast sandwiches, fast service and all done with a smile.

Very terrible bad service we open bagles in front of them and and showed no cream cheese enough in there also they had mobile music going inside and they were doing something in back i wait for 15 minutes also called them but no one listened. After they came bad service

Busy location, maybe it was short staffed that morning. It took a long time to order. But recieved my order quiet fast after ordering.

Employees talk socially more than they work and didn’t pay proper attention to our order, so they gave us the wrong donuts

I haven't been to Dunkin Donuts in years. But when I do go I get a small coffee and a raisin bagel with cream cheese.
