Dunkin', Ocala FL

I waited several minutes at the counter before anyone acknowledged me and took my order.
I walked in to place my order.
And I walked out with my order.
I did use the restroom while I was there, as I was traveling through the area.
After I got about a mile or so away, I realized that my order was wrong, so I did not take it back and wound up throwing it away. I also did not receive a receipt for my order.

We were passing through and had to stop. Very clean, super nice staff! And as always coffee and donuts were amazing!

If I could give them negative stars I would. The people who they hire are completely incompetent. I ordered an everything bagel toasted with extra cream cheese ON THE SIDE and this is what I received.

Staff have positive attitudes and are friendly.
Clean environment and welcoming atmosphere. Good deals are always available on the app also!

Ordered hashbrowns and snacking bacon. I was in a hurry or I would have gone back. The bag dripped oil.the bacon and hashbrowns were so oily that the 3 napkins they gave me were not sufficient to wipe my hands. I had to stop the car and use wet wipes I had in my trunk! Disgusting

2 donuts just threw in a bag frosting stuck all over inside of bag. No waxpaper or napkins. No frosting left on my donuts but plenty all over the bag, very disappointing.

I decided to make a quick Dunkin’ run this morning since I just got off work and I was greeted by the sweet voice of Caitlyn.
She was spunky and friendly over the intercom and she was patient with me.
I loved that interaction with her!
I pulled up to the window and met Mr. Edward who was kind and gentle.
He was very sweet and brought my food to me over by the front of the store.
He wished me a very happy good day and just like that he went right back to work.

This may seem like a normal interaction between employee and customer, but I haven’t seen it in quite sometime.
I felt like I was treated like a person and that they were happy to be there that morning.

It absolutely made my morning and 100% made my day go a heck of a lot smoother than it was going.

To the man on a personal call working the drive thru you are very rude and unprofessional. Also not once but I had to correct my order just to get home and the bagel still be wrong. They won’t answer the phone at all. Like you choose this job not me. DO BETTER!

They can't make a coffee right. You could put the directions in front of them and still get a large cup of iced creamer

I would leave zero stars but can't. I would not recommend visiting this dunkin. My fiance and I walked in at 1: 25pm on 5/6/2023 and as soon as we made it to the counter the person behind the counter complained because we came in and was not happy more customer showed up. She needs to be educated on how the world works. Without customers you have no job. Will not be visiting dunkin anymore. Anyone know where the closest Starbucks is.

I would really love to give it a 5 star except for the fact that everytime I stop at this Dunkin Donuts after work so between the hours of 2pm an 5pm there's never no donuts left or foods left. I understand they may not get busy enough later in the afternoons but then people like myself always go without. Customer service has always been very good just never having a Boston cream donut kinda sucks

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen! The girl at the register needs some serious training.

Do not recommend. I see why it's empty. 1st Dunkin donuts I've been to in a while and the staff here is rude. Pulled over to get water for oatmeal for 3yr old and the lady was not only rude, but this is the only place in the state of Florida that charged me for water. She stood there looking at me like she was waiting for me to say I didn't have $ and make me leave. It was just. 74¢ and it's so not about the money, I paid. It's the point. My son was excited to order himself and confused by her attitude and behavior. I love Dunkin donuts and support them almost every day while traveling, but this one is terrible.

We were shorted a hashbrown. They did not give us a total or tell us to drive around. They did not seem as polite as other Dunkin's we have been.

3 times in a week they can't make a coffee correctly, half the time it's full of grounds. A. M.manager makes excuses about service. I would suggest driving to another location

The staff is friendly and efficient. The service and drinks are spot on. It makes a difference starting the day with happy, bubbly staff that laughs and jokes with you!

Brianna and Dee. We're very professional and friendly. They even made the kids fresh donuts of their choice!

I'm a Dunkin coffee fanatic but was not impressed with the accuracy of mobile orders at this location. I order the same breakfast sandwich every time i get breakfast at Dunkin, a sausage and egg croissant, no cheese. I picked up my order and drove away. 10 minutes later, I finally get a chance to open my sandwich to discover it has cheese.
