Anytime of the day I have always had a great experience. Alicia the manager has done a great job with this store. It was never like this before.

The employees are rude! Very unprofessional. They hear you are talking to them in English and continue to talk to you in Spanish. Place is dirty. Their faces tell you they don't want to be there doing their job. Awful place to go.

The food was made perfectly, but there was one guy working alone tirelessly, and he looked insanely tired, while the rest of the staff were sitting down in the back seemingly doing nothing. Then, other times I have come closer to night time, they have this guy working completely alone. Definitely a management issue.

THERE ARE NEVER DONUTS FROM 6 PM AND THEY WORK UNTIL 10 PM, THEN THEY WIN 4 HOURS WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING, THERE ARE NEVER BOSTON KREME OR VAVARIAN KREME, THE OWNER SHOULD WATCH THE CAMERAS IF THOSE WORKERS OR BETTER SAID CHILDREN ARE WANKING.

The food was expensive for the quantity and quality. The order of hash browns comes with just 6 greasy and cold pieces. The bread for the sandwiches were not toasted properly. I had to request for them to re-toast them. The service is horrendous. All the tables were dirty and they got upset when I asked someone to please clean the table for us. NEVER AGAIN.

Came in just before 9pm to see this, meanwhile the lady is by her self doing some serious cleaning.when i tried to order she didnt even bother to put the donuts back under the lights.obviously management is mostly to blame.

Don’t go here. I’m missing half my order and what they did pack, they got wrong. They always take long when I go in person also.

They are a great tradition and this particular store, Vicenta, has excellent service. THANK YOU

The girl was super nice, they were close and she took great care of me.

Niurca's attention is spectacular, thanks for the attention and the recommendations, the Bacon avocado tomato sandwich is special, very good attention, thank you, we will keep coming back.
