Cashier never listed while order was being placed had to repeat order six times before she got it right

The food is what you’d expect. Sometimes a little slow but understandable. Service, from what I’ve seen, everyone is nice to deal with except for one. This one in general loves attitude. Every morning when I go in, there’s attitude and customers talk about it among themselves. The atmosphere is… well it’s a Dunkin.

I usually have a good experience, let alone no problems. But this time was crazy. Not only did she get my order wrong but also told me (not knowing she got it wrong) that my drink was disgusting and no one should drink it cause it's too disgusting while handing me my drinks. I'll never go back to this locations.

Ordered a drink with oatmilk as I have an allergy to dairy and nuts. I recieved in my drink almond milk instead of oatmilk. I almost had to use my epipens. I will be more careful next time.

Worst service ever! Line was long due to a gentleman ordering 3 dozen doughnuts so I ordered online to go quicker soni can drop my son to school.a manager with red hair big old hairy face looking girl says “ I dont care about online order they still need to wait! ” Mind you all i ordered was one doughnut hash browns and small black coffee. Her food runner automatically had my hash browns down my coffee came out quick by a nice guy who awent and got my doughnut after i asked him because big girl “doesnt care about online orders” were just as equally customers wether online or not you should care about all orders the nasty managers they pick is unbelievable but I still got my order way before she wanted me to get it

I don't know whats up with this location but the last few times I've gotten coffee here its tasted burnt.

Most unprofessional dunkin to have ever exist. Girls are rude and don’t want to serve food. I ordered 6 cupids donuts on the app and the lady wanted to argue with me about how she already put assorted ones in there. I simply stated that’s not what I ordered and I would like the correct donuts. She had a complete melt down and acted like it would literally break her arm if she fixed my order. My coffees were wrong and they treated my 9 year old brother as if he was a burden for asking “do you have the chocolate heart donut. ” This dunkin is. 2 miles from my house and I will now be going out of my way to go to a different dunkin. Not my first problem here, the employees always have disgusting attitudes

Bad experience with the service provided there at 7: 10 pm and they didn't want to sell us anything hot because the girls were tired and they hardly even answered our questions about the products that they supposedly provide there

Usually pretty fast, just verify your order is all I can say. They do go through a bunch of employees there, so someone is almost always training and to be honest, it's kinda funny. Great location, outside seating, but no drive through.

So I go to DD’s all over the country and you just never know what kind of service you’re going to get. Zack was my barista at this location and he was the best. This location will be my go to every time I’m in town.
