This place is an absolute joke. They never have the donuts you order but it doesn’t really matter because they are going to throw whatever donut they feel like throwing into the bag. What an absolute clown show

Love this Dunkin. Super sanitary. Always washing their hands after touching anything without a glove. Friendly staff!

All the girls were playing with a dog in the restaurant while working and dealing with food orders. I think that’s very unsanitary. To make matters even worse, they thought it was funny and was making whispers about it. Yes I do see you all playing with the dog and no I’m not happy about it!

I mean nothing is amiss. I liked that my drink was hot, sometime other location give me lukewarm stuff.

I sat in the drive-thru waiting with two or three cars in front of me. I finally got up to the window and got my mobile order and when I went to take a drink pulling out onto Racetrack Rd. I realized they gave me sweet tea instead of the unsweetened tea with stevia that I asked for. I'm diabetic so I can't even drink the drink that I received and after sitting in line to get it there was no way I was going back!: - (

Wanted to update my review now thay things have changed for the better! This is an amazing location now. Maybe it was growing pains in the beginning. They all know me as I drive up and know my order before I order it. They have gotten amazing at service and I come back every morning now. Thank you for making the great changes!

I order my coffee the same way every single morning. Iced, 2 cream, 3 splenda. Simple right? O was so excited about this location being so close to home and they have been the best until recently. In the past week, its been made wrong 3 times. Not to mention the giant piece of plastic I bit down on in the middle of the breakfast bagel I was eating. Well today Ive had enough of not saying anything and I turn around to get me coffee remade. It had a ton of sugar in it and almost white with so much cream. I asked him to remake the coffee with 2 cream 3 splenda and he tells me "fine but I mae it right". I told him he made it with sugar because I was crunching on it after each sip. Then he rudely sets this remade coffee down and says "here". It was clear it was wrong again because the two coffees were COMPLETELY different in color. I tasted it, and no splenda. No sweetener at all. So I just left and told my husband we will never go to that location again just because of this guy who was so rude. Such a shame because I loved everyone that I saw every morning.

Always clean, workers are friendly! The one manager with the brown hair and freckles is so nice and always smiling and very friendly! I love that manager Jenny too.

I took my granddaughter here the other day. We had a wonderful experience! Excellent service & the restaurant was very clean.

I work with teenagers and sometimes it’s not fun. But the workers here at Dunkin are amazing! So sweet and so friendly every time I come. Today when I placed a mobile order they all told me to have a good day, we’re very friendly and I even had to hit the brake because someone else came up from the back to tell me to have a good day. My favorite dunkin by far. Never disappoints. Keep up the good work yall.

Like using the app for drive-thru pickup. Would be nice if I was notified of a change in my donut order so I could choose the replacement. Most often, it is something I wouldn't order or eat. Otherwise, good service.

So the food is always good. But when we get there, we always have to ask for something. And our order, that isn't ready. Or hasn't been set aside. And when we place the order on the mobile app. It says that you sure you wanna place it now? Because you're way far away. So I would think they'd have time to finish whatever is on our order. But it's always a hassle to get staff to stop. And then get you what's missing on your order.

Went there Friday afternoon to get a caramel iced coffee and they were out of the caramel syrup. Went back Sunday morning for same drink and they were still out of the caramel syrup. It’s absolutely appalling that a business would not rush restock one of their more popular syrups for coffee if they run out one day. Yo be out of stock of something for an entire weekend is absolutely ridiculous.

The guy working at 5am keeps over charging me for my triple shot of espresso. He continues to ring up my order incorrectly. When I confronted him, responded arrogantly that he was right. I won’t be going there again.

Girl with two braids on each side was dipping her hair in the doughnut box everytime she dipped down to get another one for the box.
