Dunkin', Venice FL

Marlena took care of us she was so nice and the other staff was incredible. I have never met a nicer group of people. We messed up on a drink order and felt so bad. They were so gracious and thoughtful even though though they were so busy. Thank you so much!

This Dunkin sucks, should be closed down. Their hours are just whenever the workers show up. Ovens are always “down” so can’t ever get food.

When did Dunkin Donuts become trash. Doesn’t matter which location you go, the service always sucks. At this location, I ordered ahead via the app (because they do not serve in-store anymore for some reason). I Announced at the drive through that I ordered ahead and told them my name. The women working the window said “ok pull ahead. ” When I get to the window, she tries to hand me a drink I didn’t order. I let her know it wasn’t what I ordered. Mind you, I was the only car in line. She then asks my name again, and without even checking the correct order sitting right next to her, she asks, “what did you order? ” When I told her what I ordered, she said “Oh yea, this is yours then”, trying to give me the drink from the wrong order again. Again, I reminded her I didn’t order a large ice coffee, I ordered and already paid for a half dozen donuts and an avocado toast. She said, “oh ok, so what donuts do you want and we ran out of bacon”. We’ll I didn’t order bacon so that’s ok, lol. This nonsense went on for 8-10 minutes before I finally got what I actually ordered and when I did get my order, tried to charge me for it again. Over the course of this visit, She blamed me for not understanding how the app works, she blamed the poor girl in the back making the donuts all morning, saying she was asleep and she blamed the computer system for not printing any orders. What a nightmare.

The service was the best part of our visit. There was one lady doing everything. Samantha was making the order before us and turned to us and asked if we were ordering food, we said yes and told her what we wanted and see started preparing it before she came to to counter to take our order. We ordered 2 of the chorizo sausage burritos. For drinks we got the frozen coffee with french vanilla, Carmel drizzle on the cup with sweet cold foam. It was better than Starbucks at half the price. She was very polite even though she was very busy with customers orders.

There was mold all in the ceiling in air vents coming out the feeling was falling down toxic black mold is not something I want to see you when I walk into a restaurant or a food chain

Made me feel like an imposition from the moment I arrived. Just below lukewarm on the friendliness meter. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to a bad day for the workers, but if so, both counter girls were having a bad day. Coffee was fresh; spacious, clean dining room. Still, I’ll go to the Dunkin down the street next time.

Employee wasn’t sure if they had tea. She found it but they didn’t have honey. No one else inside, seemed bothered to have to look.

Lobby closed but drive through worked fine, although it's better to choose your donut lineup when seeing the whole bench.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in history the manager here is a joke very rude disrespectful would not do any business with him upper management should take care of this right away and get a better manager in that store ASAP losing a lot of customers what a joke of a manager

They always make my drink correct. Loving this new brownie batter latte @ if you haven't tried it yet get there!

Disappointed, don’t know how many times I’ve asked my sandwich’s to be made without cheese and some how I still get cheese on them. I’ve called a couple times about it and no one could answer the phone. Couldn’t eat my sandwich due to cheese on it.

Coffee is good as are donuts (of course!) I didn't have one but my Husband enjoyed his.

The only positive was that the lady servicing the drive through was nice.
Otherwise, seemed like this place was pretty much out of everything, at 11am on a weekday.
They were out of specialty cookie butter donuts, and even basic flavors such as glazed donuts or even the mini holes. Out of the options they listed, I chose a vanilla donut and they gave me some kind of chocolate one, which was basically inedible.
Because we wanted to try anything cookie butter item from their seasonal menu (and they were out of those donuts), we ordered two cookie butter cold brews. It wasn't until later on that we noticed they were regular cold brews drinks, and they tasted really bad. Also inedible.
Summary, they were out of most items, and furthermore got our order wrong at a reasonable time on a weekday, and whatever we tried tasted horrible.
