14I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and a pump of raspberry. And this is what they gave me. It literally taste like dirt and was not even green. Nothing was mixed properly. So disappointment it went strait to the garbage. What a waist of money.
Very very low price on my coffee that I love. Every where else overcharged me for 2 ice coffees. Over $11 but this Dunkin donuts shop only cost me less than $8
While the service and the food were great this establishment seems to run out of product quite often. Couldn't get three different types of coffee, couldn't get two refreshers, because they were out of product
Every time I get a donut from here they’re OLD and hard and literally have NO glaze on them. I swear they use old donuts and never glaze them, ever! Also, the drinks are usually ehhh and very hit or miss. I’d rather go to the other Dunkin that’s only a mile further.
Waited in line inside for 20 minutes for someone to wait on me
They took care of drive thru, but let the people in line (7 of us) just stand there. In the time I was there, one person in line was waited on after 10 or so minutes. Drive thru moved, but not inside. I along with 4 others finally just left
Having employees smoke outside with the door propped open probably isn’t the best look for Dunkin’
Drive thru is always slow. I waited in line for at least 15mins a few times. Once you get to the speaker, you have to wait 2 ot 5 mins for them to take your order. Some workers dont greet the customer. I experience dirty finger nails while giving me my coffee but the guy was friendly. But at least my coffee is fresh and hot.
The guy taking our order was cool. He was helpful with suggestions and just good customer service.
Mobile order ahead choice walk in, unable to walk in. Must wait in long car line. Employees are rude. Could have placed a sign at the door if you don't want to deal with customers. In turn get watered down iced coffee that had been ordered 30 min prior.
Anytime I've ordered from them through GrubHub, my order is wrong. I assume it's because they either aren't paying attention or because they're out of what I ordered; the "replacement" for whatever they get wrong is always a little similar to what I ordered. For example, I ordered a croissant stuffer, but they sent a plain croissant; I ordered a cinnamon roll, but they sent a coffee cake muffin. My husband has ordered delivery for his team at work, and the order is always wrong. That's not the delivery service, it's whoever is filling the order. Other reviews are calling out the poor service you'll get if you go inside, and I've had the same experience. Drive thru seems to be the only viable option.
The food is decent, if you get what you ordered, but the coffee is hit or miss. There's also a really nice lady who works the drive thru, and if you can get a coffee roll it's really good. Other than that, maybe this place needs some training or something. They just seem to only care about drive thru, so maybe they shouldn't be on any delivery apps or have a counter inside?
Is getting better now that I've seeing different staff. Is a hit or miss. Friendly staff. Last time I was there there was many flies so the donuts are a big NO for me.
I couldn't get anyone's attention for 15mins, the staff was actively ignoring me! When I finally got someone to acknowledge me they had my order waiting on me but it was missing the donuts.
Chocolate covered donut tasted very old and when the kid put it in the bag all the icing slid down the inside of the bag, horrible
If you plan on going inside don't waste your time, I was left standing in line for 15 minutes, while holding a toddler.
The bearded cashier kept telling me he would be with me in a minute, but it seemed like he was more worried about getting the door dash orders out rather than helping the line he also had inside.
I understand the door dash orders need to be filled but don't leave people standing there
