Dunkin', Fort Myers FL

Office is very close to this location so very convenient; used to go 6 days a week in the mornings and did about $75 a week in business with them. $300 month! No more. Stopped by about a week ago and ordered $21.00 worth of food & drink, got to the window only for them to tell me they would not take my $50 dollar bill. I asked the girl to please ask her manager as I was a regular and she said her manager just turned another customer away for the same thing. Surfside.wake up.you are losing money, losing customers. I was in the retail business for many years and this location is totally dysfunctional. I now go to Krispy Kreme.they want my business.and will take my money.

It is a college. However, girl was stuffing her face behind the counter and apparently no one, the staff, management, or her parents failed to explain manners and work place etiquette. They may have failed her, but I will NOT. Where it became an issue, was when food feel out her mouth as she took my order. OMFG! Then messed up half my order… maybe because she could hear over her chewing. Mouth open non the less. I forever, will no long use this location for any service.

Funny how the only time you'll see a manager there is when they're over staffed, and they ain't doing anything but complaining about things that don't matter, but when they are short staffed, no management to be seen. Management should ALWAYS be there to fill in. Sad because this is the ONLY good crew in Fort myers, but I bet management will destroy this store. Just like the one on McGregor.

Nice place. They had ants, but that's Florida. The staff was friendly. Coffee was good.

Without a doubt the worst Dunkin on the planet. They can’t keep a manager and opening occurs anywhere from 5: 00am-6: 30. Inconsistent. Still have the damaged sign from Hurricane Ian. Staffing is problematic in this post COVID world. I have never seen the owners there. They seem content to keep delivering bad service assuming we will just keep coming. We have been loyal first thing customers since they opened. No more. I will drive the extra miles.

But the owners do consistently raise the prices! Winning formula, bad service and high prices.

Couldn't wait to give me my food and not in a nice way when I said I was still waiting on my drink was told "it's coming" another customer said never coming here anymore and staff response is "thank god" which would have been understandable but rude to a rude customer but not an old man waiting on a plain have coffee

I asked for a white chocolate swirl and they gave me mocha and by the time I got to work, I didn’t even notice because I was in such a rush. Also, the coffee taste burnt and every time I try to call up there I got no answer and there was no way to speak to a manager. Also, there was a Caucasian lady with long nails and red curly hair, an older woman who had terrible customer service in the drive-thru. By far worst Dunkin’ to go to, to bad it’s the closet to my house. Hate it

My food was great but my coffee was terrible! Taste burnt. Hate this for me because i look forward to my coffee every morning

The girl with red corn row braids gave me the utmost attitude when I asked her to remake my cold brew because they incorrectly took my order. I repeated myself 3 times and she wanted to charge me extra for her mistake. Every time I come to this Dunkin all the workers have the most attitude. I was a former Dunkin employee and their customer service would not slide with the district manager. I hope to see a change in the future.

BEST Dunkin I’ve been to in the area!

Food was fresh, hash browns are crispy, and they have a LARGE selection of donuts (even though it’s 10: 20)

I normally go to this Dunkin every morning for coffee because of its excellent service, me and my husband go there this morning and my parents are visiting so we went to order three dozen donuts because we have a large family and we were given every excuse as to why they could not complete are order, we can’t do that it’s too many donuts and the gentlemen that was behind the counter was very rude. This made me extremely unhappy and disappointed because I go here every morning to get coffee because the environment is usually so friendly.

I use to work at this location and i just saw the news on how a young girl was jumped and its a shame because the management there never cared about the young kids working by themselves and how many crazy people come over there.they need to do better

Only leaving a negative review because their inside was closed when they were advertised to be open online.

I have been coming to this Dunkin for the last 2 years as it is very close to my job. I haven’t had any issues here other than the occasional over cooked breakfast (which I don’t expect anything more because honestly I’ve never been the biggest fan of their food) but because I’m running behind, it’s convenient. Anyways, I came per usual through the drive thru & as I approached the speaker (no line behind me mind you) I let her ask me very blandly if I “Want a cold brew? ” I replied, “No thanks, could I have a second thought please? ” And her reply was “I guess? ” I instantly threw my car in reverse before someone could lock me in, and kindly drove down to Starbucks down the street. I “guess” I will for now on pay extra for my coffee & food because I know the service is worth it, and the quality. I work in the customer service industry, and I understand the frustration at times, however I would never ever treat or talk to people that way! Especially when it is my job to help & serve them. Employees like this will steer loyal & regular people away. Not a great way to start the work day. I will no longer be coming to this location. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

Watch out for being charged for dine-in if taking out Fifth time I’ve asked for take out and charged for “eating in. ” Some employees will look you right in the face and still charge tax even though you’ve asked nicely for take-out. I won’t be back

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They keep talking my review down.the unprofessional ladies in there are dragging this place down. It used to be one of my favorites and it's turned into the most ghetto place because of the staff. Corporate needs to put a handle on this because judging by every other review it seems it's the ladies in the drive through that should've been fired already.

What is going on at this Dunkin’? !? I hadn’t gone in a while and ordered a latte and an order of hash browns. When I get to the window the girl was wearing her hat to the side and said that the hash browns were coming out slimy and if I wanted something else. They had a weird smirk on their face. Weird. Not going back to this one.

Ive been there a couple of times and forgot to order a drink or add whipped cream to my meal and they continue to tell me they cannot add at the window…so what am I supposed to do go back to the speaker and tell them I want to add whipped cream to my drink you already gave me. Which mind you she didn’t charge me when I asked her or given me any of my food or drinks and they were not busy in drive thru.

Purchased one dozen donuts. They were not soft and fresh and this was 830 am. Tasted like day old. Surprised they would serve such a product. They used to be good. Not anymore. Reached out on website, got auto response. No one ever contacted me. I will take my business elsewhere. No excuse for such inferior product

Service is great, every once in a while you get the same rude counter girl, but every one else is great
