Dunkin', Venice FL

Horrible service. Drive-through only. Don't even try to order online, they do not have 50% of regular breakfast menu including bagels. Visited on January 4th 2024, the shift manager was extremely rude. After I realized that the bagels I ordered were not in the bag and politely asked to bring it to me I heard a lot of nasty words and a "fairy tale" about a truck with the bagels that came empty.

This Dunkin is regularly “out” of what I ask for. Usually it’s the double chocolate donuts, today their latte machine was broken and they “weren’t sure” if they could make 25 ct of blueberry munchkins. Surprising that this has been a consistent theme over the last 12 months. It’s within a couple miles of house so I keep trying to give it another chance. Hopefully they read reviews and improve so we can go there.

Never had any problen with the quality of the product and the service is good. But a never ending closed lobby. Bad

The ladies that work the morning are absolutely amazing i go here every morning before work and they remember what i like! They are always friendly and fast best dunkin in town!

I live near this Dunkin’ Donuts full time for 3+ years (seasonal 10+ years) and there’s always an excuse why the lobby is not open and you can’t mobile order. This is the worse Dunkin l have experienced and I travel all over the US for my job. Food is as ordered but it’s the inconvenience of no mobile ordering and the lobby not open. Today there is a leak inside! I really wonder if that’s true! Maybe it’s time to become a Starbucks customer!

I leave my house at 4 a.m. So I have time to go out of my way to get coffee before work and twice now in the last week I get there and an employee truck is blocking the drive thru yet all lights are on as if they are open. Can not begin to explain how aggravating and inconvenient it is.

New store and new to me. I was greated with a familiar face from another store. Found out they didn't have what I order every day. Less then a week and all my orders are purfect with all the ingredients I like.

I went inside. They can be understaffed which means a wait even on off peak hours, but the place is clean and the staff is respectful to customers.

Had a cup today. Now I remember why I drink Starbucks at home. In my opinion
D. D.is the most bitter coffee on the market.
Donuts, forget about it. There almost as small as the holes.

This particular Dunkin was not near as clean as most I have visited. The server seemed bored, as if she was doing a favor by assisting us. The donuts (3 dozen for our church group) stuck to the paper on the trays from which she gathered them. She had to literally peel each one off. We were there at 9: 45 a.m. On a Sunday morning, a time we expected the donuts to be a bit fresher.

This is the best dunkin i have ever been too. Super super fast service and everything is made well. Staff is also very friendly. I don’t normally write reviews but they impressed me so much that I did!

Don't bother going inside. They prioritize the drive thru. Stood there waiting forever and then a dozen donuts was just sitting in the counter waiting for me. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

The food at this location is always fresh and well cooked!

The coffee is amazing as well, both hot and iced. They get the ratios right every time.

They take the time and don't throw the food in your bag or overcook things. I appreciate the workers there!

This used to be my fav dunkin to go to.now I probably won’t go back. They always mess my order up now, and then today they left out over an inch of coffee & burnt my bacon to a crisp.i asked why my coffee was so low and she shut the window.
