Can you give 0 stars? Just tried to order 2 bagels and was told no because they just cleaned the sandwich station. You're open for another hour! Yall suck. Never going back to this location. Needs to just close. Service and employees are always TERRIBLE

Worst dunkin I've ever been to. Wait times in drive through were absurd and zero communication. Sat for over 12 minutes at the microphone before anyone said a single word to me, and another 5 at the first window before I was told I should have gone to the second window. Sat 7 minutes at the second window. For two iced lattes. Never again. They were friendly, however. So that's good.

One year edit: it has been a year since I have been here. Decided to try it again since all the other DD locations are horrible. Waited in line for 10 minutes to get to the microphone to find out they do not have any bread to make sandwiches with. I have so many questions, but when you are in a literal publix parking lot, how do you not go buy a couple packages of bread so that you can fill orders? And at least put a sign up so people don't waste time sitting in line. I will never understand how a restaurant runs out of things like bread, and lacks the intuition to be resourceful to take care of customers. If this isn’t the most Dunkin thing ever, I don’t know what is. Punished for trying to go back!

It’s always a great morning when I’m greeted by Jen, she has to be the sweetest lady I’ve ever met, she makes everyday more pleasant

Places always nice and clean when going inside. Order is wrong more than it is right. A certain employee likes to give an attitude when asked to correct an order that was wrong. There is one particular lady that is super sweet, always gets my order right and is definitely a huge asset to this location.

Great coffee every time! And barrista from yesterday was the best! Took her time make the cappuccino blast and it was beyond perfect. Perfect location may I add!

Writing this while in line for the past 10 minutes lol.there was one car ahead of me when I pulled up, they left 5 minutes ago.also happened last week.

This Place is never cleaned, in the back is just as bad when I came in the lobby. Not to mention what’s going on with the bathrooms? Absolutely disgusting! They do not take care or have any pride in this store. I wouldn’t dare to add any photos because of how horrible this location is! How can you trust this management to prepare your morning coffee or food? I ordered a cold latte and was given spoiled milk! Yuck! How could that possibly be a mistake? Maybe because they DO NOT clean anything up in this store! You can get someone really sick! I don’t blame the employee because she was by herself? That cannot be safe! This store needs way better management TBH! Avoid this place!

Wasn't going to write a review but something needs to be said about this store and the way that they treat there employees. When I first got to this store food and beverages weren't being dated correctly. The floor was utterly disgusting due to the fact that no one mops. While I was cleaning I found mold in the espresso machine, cream dispenser and Ice carriers. Nothing was being cleaned and dated properly including bathrooms. I ended up having a really bad accident at this store where I burned half my hand and heard that Upper management basically said I was a joke and that I did it on purpose to get money when it literally stopped me from making money
if you are looking for a good job a good work environment this is not the place for you. Your own manager will abandon you on shift with people that don't even know what they are doing. The distract manger will literally disrespect you then retaliate. If you love peace of mind, positive energy and want to grow in this company, avoid this place. They do not care about you or what u have to say. They will tell you one thing and do another. The only way this store can get better is if they take accountability for what's not working and actually care about making a change. All they do is bring it up to standards so they don't get shut down. Please take it money and time somewhere else. This place is disgusting, morally and physically.

Ordered online for a pick up, and when I walked in, I felt ignored for at least the first five minutes, so it was most likely more because I was on my phone, trying to pass the time and patiently wait. I saw workers behind the counter towards the back, busily trying to prepare orders for the drive-through, but no one even acknowledged my presence at first. Then one employee did acknowledge me, and I told them I was there for pick up. They seemed really rushed and stressed, and let me know that they did not have one of the items that I ordered. It was confusing because it seemed like they almost didn’t even have my order, despite the fact that I had already paid for it online, but I suppose you’ll have that from time to time. The employees definitely seemed stressed and overworked. I think I was in the store for over half an hour total before they were able to get me my full order, which defeats the purpose of ordering online ahead of time for pick up.
I wish I would’ve read the other reviews before I decided to stop in here.
There are other better choices available.

Best thing they open at morning.order take 2-5 mins max and really like to go everyday there. Thank everybody over there and keep doing good work.

Terrible terrible place to stop for a morning coffee. We bought a doughnut which looked and smelled stale. The hot chocolate looked so bad we didn't dare take a sip of it. Nobody bothered to STIR it! Grilled cheese was so frickin sad I couldn't figure how they got the cheese to burn without even toasting the bread!

This Dunkin NEVER has my mobile order ready, no matter how much in advance I place the order, they will start making it once I arrive to pick up the order, EVERY time

Today I pulled up to order the only item this location knows how to make and that is putting coffee in a cup. For years this location either doesn’t have what I want in stock when I come there or they mess up my order. Today I allow myself to be up sold on some hashbrowns when I went to buy the coffee just because the guy was very upbeat and I was also a little hungry too. I got served a ball of greasy potatoes all bunched up and I had to remind them about the catch-up in the bag and then ask for a napkin after that. They just can’t get right ever.
