Dunkin', Naples FL

Like others have said, a hit or miss. Sometimes the employees are awesome and the food is very good, other times the employees are rude AF and the food is ice cold. 8/10 times my coffee is good. Today though. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese pancake wrap which was fine but the syrup they gave me looked normal from the outside but when I opened it to use it it was FULL of ants. Literally more ants than syrup. Very gross and alarming. And this isn't this locations problem, this one is a Dunkin problem, BRING BACK THE LOADED HASH BROWNS! ONLY THING ON THE MENU THAT WAS ALWAYS TASTTY AND WORTH THE OVERPRICE

Went with my young nephews and the staff were very friendly and allowed my nephews to order their own food and drinks confidently.

Bagels and crossants dried and burned.
It looks like leftover food. I won't buy again.

I go to this dunkin almost ever morning because it’s close to my house. It’s hit or miss. But the way they make their cold brew is a monstrosity! Literally looks like iced tea it’s so watery! It’s so frustrating then I have to pay extra to add a shot because they can’t make it correctly.

Cold brew was fantastic honestly the best Dunkin coffee I’ve had in awhile. Staff was super friendly and fast. Also the bathrooms were pretty clean for a Dunkin.

Very nice and friendly one of the best ones that I have been to and my drink actually was right.

I’m not sure why I continue to go back to this location as they has no standards of customer service or pride in what they serve you. I will say the only times I have received the correct order is when the manager is working the window every other time my coffee is made wrong or the food quality is bad. After getting 3 orders wrong in a row I’m not sure I can go back. To bad Golden Gate is limited to this location.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and they did NOT heat it up at all. The egg, cold. The cheese, COLD. The bacon also COLD. The croissant SOGGY.

Ordered ice tea on line, went to locked front door with sign that said open and was told to go through drive through. Returned to my car and while going to drive through saw the front door open and 2 customers were allowed in. Waited at drive through window for a long time watching 2 different employees changing bags in garbage cans. When drink finally arrived it was cold coffee. Took back to front door and after waiting for an abnormally long time finally received the ice tea. Avoid this location. Apparently poor leadership.

This is the finest Dunkin in the country. The staff are refeshingly positive each day. They always get the order right and in a timely manner. As much as I like the coffee, I appreciate the customer service even more.

Nice staff and makes my ice caramel macchiato just right! The food is alright usually comes out correct and hot. Although, today my hash browns were cold so gross but I came back an they corrected it an again super nice. Not a fan of the mini pancakes taste like microwave food. LOL other than their coffee is bomb!

Dropped in this morning for a ice beverage, my greeting was outstanding and I felt like they actually wanted me there. Not like DD @ Davis & Collier. I drive literally to this location on Golden Gate PkWy to get better service! !
