Dunkin' Donuts, St. Augustine FL

I adore this Dunkin! I live on 207 and I swing in here almost daily for my caramel frozen coffee with whip. They are so friendly and make it the best around. I adore the staff and see a few fairly often.
I accidentally drove off one day without paying, came back to give them my money and they just thanked me for my honesty and let me have the coffee. Really sweet people. You feel as if you know them.
Keep it up guys!

Of all the Dunkin Donuts in the area this one is my favorite. The way the employees greet you and take your order in the drive through is excellent. I wish employees at other establishments were trained to offer customer service like you receive here. The coffee is always great and I'm always in and out quickly. Keep up the good work!

I enjoy the environment and staff all fast and friendly I almost feel part of the Dunkin crew family every morning when I stop by we engage conversation like family and friends I love my Dunkin keeping America running on Dunkin! This I say is a slam Dunkin!

Asked for smoothie, didn't have. Asked for latte, didn't have. Gave up. Supposed to be 24-hr full service Dunkin! Never again will I waste my time.

Ordered coffee and hot chocolate, after ordering I was informed hot chocolate will take time, I was willing to wait. I got my hot chocolate and they forgot my coffee order and asked was there anything else I was waiting for. Yes, my coffee. I got cold coffee. While waiting for new coffee, they forgot another customers order and they were also waiting.

Cold croissants and loud, CRAPPY music playing, unable to have a conversation over the radio noise.
