Dunkin' Donuts, Inverness FL

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We sat behind a car at the drive up window for at least 5 minutes while the DD worker stood there BS’ing with the car in front of us. Will never stop at the DD on Main Street in Inverness again.

Went to other Dunkin' store at 7 pm and barely had any donut choices so we went to this one. They had everything we wanted and were very pleasant.

20 minutes for drive thru. And a dangerous wait on the main road!? ! DD you should have done better planning for this location.

This place is a real hit or miss for me. Sometimes there great and on point and other times it's a waste of time to even stop. I will say the food and coffee are always good no matter if the order is mine or the car behind me order
(The one down by Croft is a much better choice)

This store is definitely the better of the 2 in town.probably why it is so popular/ busy. They seem to do their best all the time.

I love the Dunkin on the go app! In saying that. I have noticed that my order is usually made after I arrive and sometimes my drink Isn’t made correctly. Hopefully this location gets better.

Waited in line for 20 min and the ##$@s wouldn't change a 100 dollar bill this was at 9 am they definitely had change go to panara

Beware! They have and will change the price on the same menu item at will. When you ask why the price is different. There's nothing but shoulder shrugs. This location was convenient. But I have decided to take my business elsewhere after the 3rd time plus bad customer service.

Every time I come to this Dunkin, they never get the order correct. Today, I asked for a bagel with butter and cream cheese. I got a bagel with only butter. I also asked for a hot coffee light and sweet, I got a coffee with cream only. Dunkin is one of my favorite restaurants. Please don’t make me drive further away to get my dose of yummy.

Ask for 6 Splenda, they never EVER put it in. You get unsweetened iced coffee here every single time. Go to Beverly Hills or Dunellon.

Quick friendly service, food as expected. Poor location to have the busiest drive through I've ever seen. Traffic backs up onto 44 from the drive through at times.

These ladies work as a well oiled machine they are thinking ahead and are top notch with customer service and very polite love this dunkin donuts in inverness you go ladies of the awesome dunkin donuts 2 thumbs up

Will not be returning as they do not offer a senior discount. For a business in a retirement area that's wrong.

They have the best customer service I've ever experienced at any Dunkin. Keep up the great job guys.

They have good coffee and very considerate everyone that comes into the Dunkin Donuts shop I go there again so try it out it's good

Great coffee and just made it right before they closed. Florida has alot of dunkin donuts but this one is better then the one on the florida turnpike exit a few miles away

Food was wrapped very poorly.portion where sticking out all over the soaky excuse for a bum. They don't serve decafe.coffee. The overall all experience was very disappointing, too say the least. Won't ever go back.ll

I am not a fan of dunkin donuts but food and service is okay. And they put out big straws. The other DD in Inverness makes you ask for a big straw.
