Shysters, inspect "thoroughly" what you bring to them, they'll break something on it, try and say they didn't do it, then bill you more to fix it. So disappointed with them, especially during a pandemic and economic time of uncertainty, where every dollar matters for everyone.

Great staff! Super nice and friendly! Answered Any and all of my questions, they were engaged with me on what ring I wanted to choose for my fiancé, and made the ring buying experience nice and smooth for me. These are some good people!

I went to go buy a necklace for my mom for her 70th birthday and I was treated so nicely and the staff was so knowledgeable! I did end up getting a beautiful necklace at a really great price!

From the moment I walked in I was taken away by the friendliness of everyone. Annya was the associate taking care of me and her professionalism is something to be admired. I can express how happy I was just being there browsing around. I now definitely have a new place to purchase jewelry for my wife.

I made the mistake of taking my Rolex there to be serviced. After many weeks and many excuses i was notified it was ready. After paying over $1500 for a $499 service the watch gains time and the crown will not screw down to make it water proof. I am sharing this so others will not make the same mistake - Don't take your Rolex to Dunkin

I brought my diamond engagement ring and wedding band set in to Dunkin’s Diamonds
, as there was a crack in the wedding band. They not only repaired the crack, but reset my diamond too. It looks like I just bought it brand new! They repaired it in less than ten days. Each staff member is very friendly and attentive! You folks did an amazing job! I highly recommend Dunkin’s Diamonds!

Unfortunately we are not having the best experience. Two sales people were assisting us and made promises they couldnt deliver. Instead of being honest and upfront about what they are able to do, they have been holding up the process. What's most frustrating is, the two sales people have different stories and answers for us when we tried to follow up.

Had a wonderful experience with Dunkin Diamonds at Mercato in Naples. I was looking for an item which was from 1980 and the wonderful woman I dealt with, Randi, went above and beyond the call of duty to find me exactly what I wanted. I am thrilled. I also met Mark and Jill who were also very personable & delightful & they make a great team. Randi is the best. She made my ring buying experience very easy. They are very knowledgeable about diamonds and rings. They are very accommodating. We made a significant purchase with help from the manager Mark. He was thoroughly knowledgeable, sincere, honest and had a no pressure approach to our purchase. He truly made our buying experience most memorable- when he says to stop by to just chat he truly means it! He lends himself to a atmosphere of relaxed shopping- no pretentiousness, no hype- he will spend all the time in the world with you and educate you even if you aren't going to purchase anything! Many jewelers can be off putting with their sales approach- not with Mark at Dunkin's Diamonds- in our case we met a new friend- not a salesman. Kudos to the Mercato location and it's small town feel and personal attention to detail which only added to our shopping experience!

Everyone beware! This company is not honest and not a real Rolex dealer. They sold me a Rolex with fake parts and told me the watch was completely authentic. The sales person also told me they have an authorized Rolex Rolex watch maker that services every watch. After having troubles with my watch and sending to Rolex in NY I was informed that they are not a Rolex Dealer and are not Rolex service center. Rolex would not work on my watch since it was not completely genuine. I was also informed that only real Rolex dealers can get the proper parts and oils to service a Rolex. After hearing all of this I returned to Dunkin's to find out they have a no refund policy and they would do nothing. Everyone should do research before making such a special purchase. Lesson learned

Mark was extremely helpful kind. When we didn’t find the watch we were looking for in his store he went out of his way to find it for us. We were so impressed by their customer service. Others talk the game but Mark and Randi “walk the walk”.

I would encourage anyone looking for fine luxury watches or diamond jewelry to see Mark and Randi first. You won’t be disappointed!
