Recently, my agent recommended Mike Dunn for a house inspection in Florida. In summary, he is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, detail oriented, responsive. Without his inspection and his detail reports, we wouldn't be able to discover issues that were not visible to us when we checked out the house. His reports include many clear, close-up pictures and explanations, red texts indicating the issues that need to be addressed. He is responsive to my post-inspection questions. I sure learned a lot from him. After using Mike for 2 house inspections, I highly recommended Mike for excellent house inspection service!

I called four different companies to inspect our home. I knew immediately when I spoke with Michael that this was the company I would trust.

Michael was professional and conducted the most thorough inspection I’ve seen, including pictures of the good and bad of the property. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.

In a time where we can’t get a home inspection within a week, Mike was able to come by and do an inspection on our 2,100 SF (new) home within 20 hours of our request. We then received the report hours after the inspection, which was unheard of from both realtors.

Being in the real estate development industry, I have seen countless home inspection reports, and I can honestly say that Mike’s report and accompanying photos blew all the others out of the park. Mike provided us with a full inspection, as well as wind mitigation and a 4 point inspection - the promptness and professionalism we received was unmatched!

Mr. Dunn did more than get the job done! He was very professional, thorough, and took his time to explain everything and answer any questions you may have. On top of that you will get your report within hours after the inspection, which is great if you're press for time.

I have had to hire a lot of real-estate related services in the last five years and its not often you come across extremely responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable people. However, Michael was all of these. I ordered a 4 point inspection online, he called the same day explained the pricing and wind mitigation information thoroughly. I had an appointment setup quickly, he arrived on time, health conscious of the corona conditions, was incredibly friendly, thorough and professional.
