Dustin's Bar-B-Q, Melbourne FL

My first time to eat here and it will be the last. The meat are smoked dry and cold. Love the salad bar though. Friendly staff, quick services and nice place, but the food is cold, dry and no taste.

Ordered the St. Louis ribs, fries. Not impressed with the service or the taste. I’d say it was expensive for that quality and I’d rather get bbq elsewhere. I’d consider it fast food bbq and would have been happier if even the fries were better. There were daily posted specials that weren’t available at that price and they don’t offer Military/Veteran discount, so we don’t plan on going back.

Food was great. I had the baby back ribs, wife had the hamburger steak. Great portions, left stuffed. Waitress was fast and friendly. We will be returning.

Our server, Niki, is always so pleasant and attentive. The food is consistently delicious. We visit Dustins at least once a week! Love this place!

My wife and I went here last night with another couple for some dinner before an airboat ride. We live very close by and have ordered take out from here a time or two but we will not be returning again. With the exception of one person’s order in our party, EVERYTHING was cold. And I mean everything. Pork. Beans. Mac-n-cheese. Even the garlic bread. All cold. Not slightly cooled off. COLD. Our server did remove everything from the bill that we requested be taken off but this still does not correct the issue. Also no manager interaction with our table; my wife and I have worked in this industry for over 20 years each and a situation like this absolutely warrants a visit from management to look into and hopefully correct any issues with food or service. As I said, we will not be back.

Food was ok, came out a little cold but taste was five stars. Salad bar had flies so keep an eye out. Bring a jacket, it's freezing in there. I wanted to crawl under my baked potato to warm up. Service was good. Bathroom was clean.

Food is always very good and on point. Restaurant is very clean in the bathroom and dining area. Waitress was very friendly.

Dustins is a great barbecue place with the soup and salad bar which I love! Now im not saying this is like mom and pop barbecue spot good because its a chain restaurant but its perfect to get your fix and get your fingers saucy!

Our family is in town from Michigan on vacation and decided to stop in to try some BBQ. I'm so glad we did because this place is DELICIOUS. Some kickass Sweet Tea, the brisket was so tender it melts in your mouth and they have a salad bar which is always awesome. The chicken was juicy and tender as well. The price was average, as the four of us ate for about 75.00, which is pretty typical for our fam. We will for sure be back every time we visit the area, if we don't go here a second time before we head home!

Dustin's has the best BBQ around! I ordered the pulled pork platter and I was extremely satisfied with everything on the plate! As always, the service was terrific and quick.

Classic chain style BBQ spot, great for a quick lunch or family dinners.will return soon! Very pleased with staff and overall food quality.

I was not impressed, I got the brisket and it was sliced so thin it resembled sliced deli meat. With the cuts being so thin all you could taste was the fat very little actual beef on it. The sides I got were very bland. Other things were OK. Like I said just not very impressive!

Prices were average for a BBQ place. Setting was nice, our server could of been more attentive. We had to keep asking other servers for things because ours just disappeared.

Portions were generous overall great food. Ribs were ok (comp) style not a lot of flavor profile on those brisket was good. Pulled pork was alright.

We love eating here! Food is always tasty and we leave full. My boyfriend got their steak and it was cooked to perfection. The cook even asked our server to check and see if he was happy with it and his response was, "It's perfect. "

Pretty decent food at good prices. The smoked chicken was pretty solid, the toasted garlic bread was an extra nice great and the bbq beans were great! The pulled pork and Mac and cheese was also decent. Friendly staff and clean tables.
