We ordered 2 matching wardrobes. Elvis our sales person and the entire account team were just amazing! The delivery service they used was wonderful. We are just so happy. We will order more furniture from Dutch Crafters!

I purchased customized office furniture and a conference table from DutchCrafters. Judy helped me with ever decision and gave me great advice as well. She worked with the crafters directly on the customizations that I requested. When the furniture was delivered, Ruben, was amazing putting it all together. It is worth driving a bit off the main road to visit. The wood, finish and design selections and options were diverse and comprehensive. Our designer, Nancy, did a thorough job of listening, "tweaking" and assisting in our perceptions and decisions thus we walked out of there with a great experience (and bought a kitchen set as well)

Just purchased a new dresser and side tables for our master bedroom. Yes, we will have to wait for our new pieces but the quality of the furniture more than makes up for it. We already own several pieces of Amish furniture and the quality is first rate.

Just ordered dining room chairs and my ordering experience was wonderful! I ordered the stain samples so I could match my existing tables and Judy contacted me to follow up on my order to see if I had any questions and assist me with the actual order! Can't wait to get my new chairs!

We just purchased 6 dining room chairs from your company. Judy Emenecker, the customer service representative, was fantastic. She made sure all our questions were answered, facilitated the delivery of oak samples to our home and took extra care to assure us that the order was complete and entered properly. It is our first experience with DutchCrafters and because of Judy's careful and thoughtful response to our concerns we will be back and give the highest recommendations to our family and friends.

I ordered an aspen log mirror. It took 3 months to arrive. When it was delivered, it wasn’t protected with any type of packaging at all! Needless to say there are a few gouges in it. I’m disappointed that waiting 3 months for craftsmanship resulted in a product they didn’t take enough pride in to ensure it arrived unscathed.

First time buyer. Purchased an L-shaped desk and file cabinet with customization and was assisted by Nancy Kirshe. Nancy was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me through the process and was very detailed on stain, wood species and layout of the desk. Great experience.
