Next to impossible to get someone on the phone to answer a few lousy questions that I cannot find the information to online.

Debbie is great at checking people in! I got my tasks done here and it was efficient and sweet.

Fast and easy since they now register you by the last 4 digits of your phone number and they text you until it's your keeping you abreast of how many people are before you until your turn. Like the new system in and out fairly guickley.

Why have people make appointments and come back a second time if people aren't cleaning the door handles. These rules are ridiculous use your brain

Waited for almost 2 hours for information that could have saved me the wait by just letting me know when I joined the line!

None of them know anything about how to get a driver's license you would be better off getting ur license at Walmart

Every thing went well little slow but not bad. It took about 40 or 45 minutes in and out get paper work done. Friendly service.

Unorganized staff, poor communication, no token people are allowed to jump ahead of waiting customer. People are smoking near entrance, smoke smell all around. Over crowded

This has got to be one of the busiest "Tax Collector Office" in Duval county. I have been there (4) times in the past week dealing with expired registration, suspended license then duplicate auto title and every time I was in/out in 1 to 1.5hrs.
Trick is to "join the line" which you do by going to the website of whatever office you wish to visit and clicking "make an appointment", put in your cell number and scroll down. There will be 3 options for "same day service-join the line" and just select you're reason for visit (Tax payment, driver's license, title transfer, etc.) and you'll receive a text message telling you how many people are in front of you. Fortunately I live a mile away and was able to wait until I got a text saying to head to their office as I was nearing the front of the line.

Very, very long wait but when I got to window 7, Dona was absolutely super! She dosen't know know me from Adam but she treated me very well! Thanks Dona! You get 5 stars, the wait dragged it down to 4.

Bad customer service, came get in line earlier Monday, but they call someone behind me first. Doesn’t make any sense. Waiting 2 hours, they said they put me on wrong department, switched me to another department, and let me wait more time to get service.

Waited for 2 hours after they told me it was a 30 minute wait just to leave without accomplishing what I came for because I had to go pick my kid up from the school.
