6This is so unprofessional these people never answer the phone they never return calls or anything this is bad business the teachers don't even respond like you can't get in touch with nobody
No one answers the phone they failed my daughter without even telling me. My daughter has an IEP and they still failed her. I’ve been trying to call these people for the longest to get my daughter in her right grade no one will help me. I don’t like Duval virtual at all… I have a lawyer in place…
This is the worst school EVER. Ms. Edith is the secretary there & she is extremely RACIST. When i called she was immediately RUDE & told me i needed therapy. I asked her a question & she begin to say “are u jus calling me to vent? What do u want me to do? ”. She was extremely RUDE. The principal Mr. Eartel is Extremely Racist. Mrs. Dawn is extremely racist. This school is just terrible all around & I wouldn’t refer this school to my worst enemy. They have NO CLUE what they are doing at all. They need better customer service & some ppl that actually kno what they are doing.
Haven’t been called yet, the amount of work is a little ridiculous.we fell behind because we couldn’t understand or reach out to ANY ONE because no one answers the phone. If something doesn’t change soon I’m going to transfer my child.
This supposed to be the first day of school and both my son and we as parents have questions but no way to contact DVIA in Jacksonville Fl. I tried to call the number I found for them but the call ends before it even rings they have no web site or e-mail address. Is this just a bad joke or how do we contact them. The one e-mail I did receive is a no [email protected] so it is of no use.
Teachers are amazing. Egenuity needs improvement. Once kids are done with these quiz or exams we are not able too see what they did incorrectly in order to be able to work on it. Videos are as informative or do always match up to questions being asked to answer. Love the teachers just prefer FLVS the learning expierance was much better.
