First class service and support from Dani Metzer. We had a particular type of contract that we wanted with a particular Use Year, which narrowed down our options and took a few months to find the right one. Dani was amazing throughout, always responding to any queries we had, almost immediately, helped us with understanding our options and, more importantly, outlined realistic expectations, in terms of availability of the contracts we were looking for, how long such contracts are on the market for and what support we would receive once we found the right contact.
Once we did find a contract we were looking for Dani’s support was outstanding and I still can’t believe that the full process i.e. From us making the offer to full closure, took less than 30 days… amazing.
Finally, Dani was an absolute star in terms of the service and support she provided and in extension dvcresale and I can’t recommend Dani and dvcresale highly enough.
I would recommend that anyone who is looking for a DVC resale contract to contact Dani in the first instance.
