I was transitioning due to a move and Dwell Apartments Maitland was the perfect place to live during the process. The building is modern, clean and well maintained. Saleena and all the staff were wonderful. Parking in both the lots and garage was plentiful. The amenities including the pool, community meeting room and fitness center were much appreciated. The building is located close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend the Dwell Apartments in Maitland.

I have a move in date approaching soon and Saleena has been AMAZING! Dwell wasn’t even on my list but decided to swing by on my way to another tour and we fell in love. During our meeting, several tenants popped in and all were very respectful as was staff. Saleena made everything very clear, was communicative every step of the way, found the perfect unit for us and we have not had one single doubt through the whole process. We can’t wait to move in!

I lived Here for three years.
Great community, well kept, quiet and peaceful. You can open up your doors and windows and don’t have to worry about garbage trucks or traffic or anything else.
Working from home was great
The buildings are structurally well-made. So you don’t hear people, talking next-door, or some of those other things you find with poorly made apartments.

This place is excellent! We moved here blindly from another state and this place has been a blessing. For several reasons. We have been looking at other complexes around the area and here are the things keeping us here:

1.) management - they are kind and approachable and do their best to assist you
2.) maitenance is top notch. I’m pretty sure every fancy kitchen lightbulb has burned out two or three times and they come and replace it and take the old one with them!
3.) Parking deck - this helps when there are storms or you want to keep your car out of the sun
4.) Nothin is goin on here. No sketchy things, and if you have any issue from surrounding streets etc, Maitland PD is here in less than 30 seconds seriously.
5.) The halls don’t smell like weed.
6.) The cleaning lady is nice and friendly.
7.) The rent is not super high.

I have compared it to other places. Now it’s not as fancy as other places. We’re used to white fancy kitchens, but not fancy prices lol. But also Orlando is an expensive place to live. And other complexes have fancy interiors with the same amount of square footage with the same amount of storage space maybe a tiny bit more in another closet, but want to charge 3-700 more per month, plus additional fees like valet trash. Man take that trash out yourself. Get a wagon from Amazon and load it up. It’s not like you have to trudge thru ice and snow to get there, it’s down the dang hall.

Also, the parking at other complexes seems a bit congested. We couldn’t even find a parking spot to go tour another place. This place is chill and quiet. Lots of parking spots in the lot available, and not next to anyone too might I add!

Also, this is two buildings. Other complexes are ten fifteen buildings. No thanks because think of how fast maitenance will get to you. Or the amount of people living there. That’s too much lol

Also hurricanes-we were without power 4-4.5 hours after it was here and gone. Probably from a tree or the electrical crew working on lines. Other complexes fancy ones I have toured and asked and I was told 22 hours.

I mean weather is unpredictable, but still I’ll take 4.5 hours over 22.

Now every complex you go to will not be perfect. With that said, areas of improvement are very minimal and more detail oriented. Such as baseboard and vent cleaning in the halls. They are white and it would really brighten up the place if they took a mop and just stuck it on a baseboard and walked all
The way down the hall with it, that’s a quick way to do it, because they are pretty dusty. But this past year they got the exterior of the building repainted! The pool is clean, and guess what if there is a cleaning issue or maitenance issue, that’s what the portal is for! Submit it, take a picture and they will fix it! I replaced my vertical blinds in three rooms because mine were dirty, but I’m a bit of an obsessed person when it comes to cleanliness. I could have stuck them in the tub and washed but “ain’t got time for that” lol There was only two issues I had. The washer needed a new belt, which they replaced and fixed, the center was moldy (I’m allergic to it) so they took it out, and cleaned it for me, and one shelf needed fixing in a closet. And as mentioned before lightbulbs. But they fixed all the issues! And if it wasn’t fixed right they came back, and not days later either. They are prompt on fixing things. Oh, my faucet. I think it was close to thanksgiving or Christmas. It was the day before either. And they replaced the whole thing! Top notch!

But remember, when you move into places, it may not be cleaned how YOU like it. I honestly do a deep clean of places when we move in, because I just like peace of mind-pulled the fridge out, stove out, etc.replaced blinds, scrubbed floors and grout, etc.

I recently rented a storage unit (yes they have those inside their buildings) and asked for it to be mopped before going in, and they did! It smelled fabulous.

This place is a great place, it’s quiet, close to all important places like stores, banks, post office, car repair shops.

I recently moved in to the community and for someone who’s been in Orlando since 2009 and has moved at least seven times this has been the easiest and smoothest move to date. The property is stunning and very well maintained. It looks and feels like an hotel stay! Safety has always been an huge factor in my moves and this property truly embodies that. From the key fab system to the facility staff presence. Everyone on the Dwell team is exceptional! Their willingness to help and aid surpasses any property management company I have ever worked with. I’d like to give a special shout out to Michele. If it wasn’t for you, I don’t think I would feel as comfortable as I have throughout this entire process. Your dedication to wanting to help has not gone unnoticed. You are an asset to the community and Dwell family. Truly, I am grateful grateful and humbled by this experience. There is still good in the world, trust. I am looking forward to the next year ahead.

The apartment is beautiful.the staffs here are very nice.they provide spontaneous response and services if you have any questions and request. However, if you work from home it's not a place for you.they have way too much maintenance and construction work going on and on and on. They even allow people to move out in the early morning before 8am.:/ Since I have moved in, I have never had a day that is quite on the day time because of those works!
