DXL Big + Tall, Jacksonville FL

Good quality clothing. A little pricey. HATE THE STORE HOURS. They don't open until the heat of the day and when traffic is very heavy. I won't be back because of their hours.

Great place. The store was not too busy and the staff was very helpful. They had my size and the price was right. We had been to 4 other places before trying DXL and now we will try them 1st.

I've said it more then once. DXL Big & Tall needs a purchasing agent/corporate buyer whatever the title is.
Not every tall or big person wants to dress like a preppy/yuppie on a golf course talking imaginary bull with likewise dressed people.
We are all individuals with separate personalities so we would like to find clothing thar reflect that. Carpenter jeans instead of Cargo jeans. Breathable shirts that could be worn in a golfer clubhouse or a biker bar without hesitation.
Get real and stop pigeonholing us in one group

They actually have nice stuff. You just have to look. Its like going somewhere else. You find stuff you need.

Great staff of friendly, helpfull people. Lots of smiles.fair prices and a nice clearance selection. All in all a pleasant experience.

Prices are crazy but for the full figure man in my life its worth his comfort plus the store smells so good

Sales woman was lovely, helped us order shirts they did not have in stock, made sure all sales were honored, and got them 1 week later in Savannah!

Dxl is always a good consumer experience. They hire the right people and apparently train them well. The stores always look on point.

Horrible! Customer service.there wasn't any! Walked, wasn't greeted or spoken to. Looked around for 10 - 15 minutes. NOTHING! I departed and will not return.

It's a joy to shop at our local DXL. I can usually find at least one or two things to buy when I visit, and it's made to fit a big guy like me

Every time I go into the store I am treated like royalty; no matter who the sales person is. That's good management.

Excellent service, associates are very helpful, they know their products, quality of clothing is excellent.

Excellent store, excellent staff. We usually go in during the weekend and always seem to get the same guy helping us - he remembers me (which I know because he references previous conversations) and after just a couple of visits knows what I like and steers me right to it. Prices are never low in DXL, but here you're really getting what you pay for - good service and very good quality in a well laid out, attractive store with room to move around in.

So, if you're big in any way - tall, wide, whatever - go here. DON'T go to the outlet in Saint Augustine - prices are the same and they're just a mess down there - see my review of that one for how I feel about them.

Great place to shop for my husky teenager (and NFL prospect). Friendly and helpful staff, quality clothing and apparel, great location.

Love it makes us plus size guys feel right at home and the guy Daniel or Danny that helped me did an A1 job

Good style of clothes. Although I expect to pay more due to larger sizes prices seem at times without a sale paying $70-90 for an same brand pants/shirt when JCPenney stores sell in their big and tall for $30-40 without sale as well makes hard to come back.
