They installed a whole house RO system in our home. After a couple of weeks, the issues started and they NEVER resolved them. After not being able to fix their system, they put chlorine in it. My next load of laundry was ruined as everything was bleached. More attempts.still couldn't fix it. After 6 weeks, Ted said he would no longer honor the warranty. Very incompetent and horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and use a company that knows what they are doing.

Good people once you get to know them. Always pay their Bill's on time. Also a loving family that cares about each other.
