Ryan cleaned my tile floors today and I couldn’t be more pleased!

He arrived two minutes early, took a look at the areas, and got right to work after explaining the process.

The cleaning chemical that was put down did not have an unpleasant scent, it smelled like a cleaner, and although I was secluded in the master bedroom, I could hear the sucking/scrubbing machine doing the job! My grout lines were dark and yucky (stupid light color grout!) and I voiced this concern to Ryan. He stated that he focused on the grout in the dirtiest area (kitchen) and now, only 20 minutes after he has gone- I can tell they are definitely cleaner- even though still wet.

I really wish I had done a “before and after” pictures, but alas I did not. Only pictures of a beautiful clean floor! I will definitely be calling for Ryan again! Very satisfied!

I contracted DynaClean to do a very large, very difficult job today. Ryan, the technician, was outstanding. I've never seen anyone work so hard. Fantastic! They came out on a Sunday, even though they were closed, and did an amazing job! Would highly recommend. I have a 2600 square foot home and he got it done in less than 2 hours too.

I needed some carpet stretched in a home we just purchased back in December. It was short notice and they came out on the weekend.
