Excellent gym. Coach Mike and his team are knowledgeable in the physical performance needs of athletes and how to train/condition to improve agility, endurance, speed, and strength. The whole body approach gives my young athlete confidence in the skills he brings to the game! DAP doesn't stop at young athletes, welcoming adults and families to train and become stronger/healthier. I love that the DAP team meets you where you are in your athletic journey and helps you learn about what makes you stronger and better, challenging you and giving tools to triumph!
