My family and I have searched for honest and loyal people with different pool companies. For years, we had no luck we kind of gave up. Finally, we met with Dynasty pools my wife and I knew the moment we met the owners they were trustworthy, honest about pricing and good leadership skills. We never worried about anything when they started the project right away. The team always kept in contact with us and explained everything each step week by week. We can’t thank you enough for making the family’s dream come true. Especially, when my kids are excited and happy. Thank you Dnasty Pools and spa.

My husband and I are very happy with our pool project! After the permit was approved the construction began very fast. Minor bumps but overall the timeline, quality and service was very good. A special thank you to Ariel that was always professional and responsive (which is a must to deliver great customer service). We would recommend Dynasty Pools to our friends and family.

I had someone come out for a free quote that seemed like it could be promising to give me what I want (which is normal stuff) until they left and I didn’t hear nothing for awhile then finally sent over a design that was nothing what we spoke of, then set of 2 more that were nothing like we spoke of. Then he only wanted to talk financially. I’m not talking financially until make a design to my liking. He also wanted 10% down even though I was financing. Very disappointed

At the ending of 2022 we were looking for a pool company that would make our backyard. Dreams come true. I spoke to several companies and received several quotes. I felt the most comfortable with Dynasty Pools and spa not only because of the pricing but the commitment they had to making my backyard, pool look amazing but also the dedication to the time it would take to get it completed in a timely manner. All quotes came in very similar yet others were little bit higher than Dynasty. Time to complete the pool was 6 to 8 months. Dynasty told me they would get it done within 3 to 5 months which was way faster than the other or companies. That is when we decided to move forward with Dynasty Pools day after Christmas. We signed a contract and dynasty began working on the permit approval process here in Pasco County. That only took three weeks and on January 21 and after the permit was approved they began breaking ground on the pool. Happy to report that on March 15 less than two months later our pool was completely done. They made the process easy and make sure that our pool was top priority. I can’t think A Ariel enough for his help in getting our pool done. Ariel, Mario, Cabo and the whole Dynasty team did an amazing job and communication was excellent. Myself, my wife and our dog Love our new backyard pool and we look forward to having many good memories in our backyard.
