Great experience buying e-bikes from e-Motion. Got useful information about the features of each bike to help us make our decision. Bikes ordered and arrived within a few days. Picked them up and owner installed the bike rack with instructions how to load and secure the bikes. Positive experience from start to finish.

After researching E-bikes for a while I decided to go to e-Motion in Miramar Beach Fl. I walked in with my mind made up to purchase a particular brand of bike for my wife and I. Jay Odinokov, the owner, steered us towards another brand that had much better components and ride quality. The bike was a Euphree City Robin X Plus. It was very similar in price to the bike we came in to look at. We could not be happier with the bikes. More importantly, the time Jay took working with us to make sure he matched a bike to our requirements was amazing. If you need an E-bike and live in NW Fl, this is the place to go.

My husband and I rented two of their electric bikes for 4 hours. We had a blast riding them up and down the strip! E-motion rentals was easy to rent from and had great quality bikes!

The owner was super kind and respectful to us, he made time for us to come in and pick up the scooters when he was sick. Truly exceptional service on the owners behalf he has my business for years to come.

Excellent customer service! It was close to closing and the owner extended himself so that we could get a little over an hour of riding on the e-bikes. Had a great time enjoying the scenery right down from the shop on scenic hwy.e-bikes were easy to operate. Will definitely do this again
