STAY AWAY. Moved into a new home that had a new roof installed by this company. 2 months later we had a heavy rain from tropical system. 2 separate leaks. They came out and said one was because previous owner did not want to pay extra for a new vent fan, and they couldn’t explain the other one. Refused to cover under their warranty.
1 year later, ceiling in our bedroom collapses after a rain. Inspector said was roof leak. They came out to repair. Next rain, still leaking. Had to come out 3 times to get repaired. Refused to pay for cost of ceiling repair, even though insurance inspector said clearly roof installation error.
Horrible quality and horrible sense of responsibility.

E-Star Roofing Services rescued us after a low-bid roof replacement gone wrong. It was raining inside our garage and living room! Even though the roofers returned to 'repair', they were inexperienced and just made it worse. E-Star is a very professional and prompt company. Scott did a fantastic job explaining the process and following up. He's on top of his game. The crew was efficient, prompt and very thorough. Highly recommend them.

The absolute worst ever so called "roofer". They are the absolute worst "roofer" you could ever imagine. They would not and did not address any concerns. Scott Cole, owner ignores you, will Not respond, does Not supervise the workers. Refuses to meet with you and cannot even be bothered to pick up a phone and even call with numerous attempts to get answers.to problems and issues. When you insist on resolutions and answers to problems andcorrective measures for his crews defective workmanship.they pack up, leave and abandon the job, breached the contract 3 times with no remedy. Left house with roof ripped off and in dry in condition. The company sales rep said the bare dried in roof would be good for 6 months in writing.it didn't even last the first rain. Their expert work left us with over 100 active roof leaks.no I am not kidding. They Destroyed property, damaged house with no concern and no making it right again.absolutely no responses or any other communication, just silence and ignoring our. Efforst to have communication and resolutions. So if you want to be left with an absolute nightmare like they left me and my Wife with.then by all means.call them today.and see

You know you're dealing with a quality company when the owner comes out to measure the roof himself, checks on the job daily and personally addresses any questions or concerns you have. Great price, high quality and on time. I highly recommend.

E-Star replaced the roofs in our community last winter. They performed the job flawlessly. We have had our roofs now for 5 months and not one issue or complaint. It was a pleasure dealing with Eli and his team. We will see you again in 25 years!

They did a great job. My roof is even better than when the house was new. They went the extra mile for insurance savings, upgraded underlayment and longer nails, etc. The crew was on time and kept everything as tidey as possible. So far, many compliments from the neighbors.

Scott and his crew put a new roof on my home in 2014. Recently, I had him come back out to look at an unrelated drainage issue. During his inspection, he noticed that the materials used when he re-roofed were showing accelerated wear. He recommended that I file a claim with the manufacturer of the shingles. He provided assistance during the process and communicated with the area Representative. The company agreed with his assessment and I ended up with materials and labor to get my entire roof replaced. Alex and crew worked long hours in scorching heat and produced a first class roof. Neighbors stop by to admire it. My wife eats it up. It’s not often you get to experience great quality, great pricing, and great service anywhere these days, but Estar delivered. They beat our only other quote by 27%. Icing on the cake.
