Have been treated very well by audiologist and staff for several years. Just got hearing aids and it’s changed my life. Vicky goes above and beyond!

Was trying to talk to somebody about getting information for my husbands ear issue and they sent to to the Q to set up an appmt and there was 7 people in front of me. I waited 23 minutes and then started reading about the bad reviews, the lack of being personal, and the price changing for an appmt and I decided to hang up. I will take my problem somewhere else as this group apparently was bought out by Genesis and nobody cares now.

I am an Army vet covered by the VA and no issues whatsoever. In addition, surgery went great. Finally, all staff very professional and Dr. Benedict is awesome!

I was told this office took United Health Care insurance, however for some reason they do not think they need to abide by the negotiated rates they signed up for. I have been in contact with my insurance company and they agreed the office owes me money and even sent them a letter. For some reason they keep sending me an invoice and when I call their billing office no one returns my calls. Beware!

I was seen in the Urgent care and ER and referred to this practice. After not receiving any phone calls to schedule the ER follow-up appointment for a week or so, I called them to schedule an appt. After 2 calls waiting on hold for 20+ minutes, I finally got through. I heard breathing and then a hang-up. I immediately called back, got through, more breathing and then a hang up. I then called back and left a voicemail for a call back. They were getting ready to end the day so they hung up on me twice and then immediately left a voicemail to call back tomorrow instead of just not hanging up on me (I was 5 mins before the top of the hour so I guess it was almost end of the day)
I called back twice tomorrow. Waited 20 mins first time, called back, waited about 10 and got through. The first appt was over a month out. I was told I could call back every morning and see if there was a closer appt. I explained the wait time is too long to call back daily. I was spoken down to, laughed at, and told I was yelling because she wanted to speak over me. They are so busy but all I could hear was laughing and discussing of martini's in the background.
After her attitude, I asked to speak to a manager, waited on hold, told she wasn't available, and a message was taken. I am not going to hold my breath for a call back especially based on these other reviews.
Patient experience is terrible. Call Center is terrible. Scheduler was terrible. I don't know how the providers are because I cannot even get that far. Patient beware!

I am a past patient of this Clinic. I usually do not leave negative reviews but I can't find anything positive to tell you. (too bad they don't give you a minus 5 to include in your review) the office help is no help.called with an emergency and was told that I had to get a referral from my primary physician to be seen by the doctor. Didn't matter why I was calling. All past reviews have been generous, giving the office help a 2. To bad. The doctor was great, but I won't be going back to that business. I wonder it matters to them. They have been getting the SAME bad reviews for the past 5 years.

I am a self pay patient, I made my first appointment with Ear, Nose and Throat S. And prior to my appointment I asked the lady over the phone to please give me an estimate of the charges to be prepared, she said appointment is $175.00, plus any procedure, when I get to my appointment the front desk lady said $265.00 for first appointment + $395 for the procedure you need…WAY OFF to what I was told IT IS INCREDIBLY UNBELIEVABLE AND SO DISRESPECTFUL to SAY one thing and DO A TOTALLY DIFFERENT, once you arrive to appointment it is CLEAR that more than caring for the patient, this place is just a “BUSINESS”, that’s all.
Haven’t people noticed that nowadays about most doctors, it is SO DIFFICULT to TRUST THEM.
I walked out of the place (of course), because they didn’t explain the charges clearly over the phone, at least a more realistic estimate. BUT of course when I was there in person, the lady did NOT have a problem giving me a ridiculous amount, so alarming.
Money money, money, BUT transparency and HONESTY ARE Important.

AWFUL.be caution of their OUT OF POCKET CHARGES they put on you!
I went in as a new patient for allergies because after using OTC meds for years, they no longer are working effectively with seasonal allergies. I discussed this with the Dr and he agreed and then said that he needed to look up my nose with a camera. Being a new patient, I just assumed this was normal routine. He continued with the 30 second camera up my nose and said all looks open and clear.i agreed, since i never had a problem with my nose other than sneezing from seasonal allergies; as previous discussed.
He then prescribed me another OTC med and sent me on my way.it was then at check out they said they would be happy to collect my $225 for my PROCEDURE! My procedure? The camera up my nose? NEVER was i told this was a procedure, or even that i would be changed because it was not covered by insurance.i completely felt taken advantage of! I am a new patient! How am i supposed to know this wouldn't be covered? I have NEVER been to a doctors office, where i wasn't made aware of any financials up front, ESPECIALLY for a "procedure"! I was completely misled and taken advantage of. When i confronted the manager she said "well you signed in your new patient paper work that you are financially responsible for any procedures, and that I should know that if any medical devices are used it is considered a procedure! " (her words) UNREAL! I will NEVER return there, nor recommend their practices.it a shame that they have to SCAM people

Nice atmosphere, does not understand insurance and what a copay amount is, overcharged and argued about it, hearing test hurt my wife’s ear canal
