Dr. Vaysberg and the entire staff are excellent.
My buddy Ray that stays at Encore at Avalon Park had a good experience visiting here. Bonus is that this office is really close to Encore.

They were so good with handling Ray.they were really professional and very kind with getting Ray in and out of the wheelchair.

I do not recommend at all. I came in 15 minutes early and still waited in the lobby for an hour while multiple people who came in after me had been seen. I had a lot of concerns that I discussed with Dr. Vaysberg but he did not seem to care at all. For example, I told him that I had concerns about a noise my throat is making and he asked me "What am I supposed to do about that? ". He made many rude comments and showed he did not care much. He also rushed through the process, sarcastcially asking if i was done and talking with me as little as possible. The entire experience made me feel that he thought I was dumb and that he just wanted to go home. When I went to pay the people who were behind me were saying they were "glad to not be seeing Mikhail today because he is so agressive". I would recommend going to a doctor who is kind, understanding, and actually cares about the health of their patients.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU'RE GOING FOR YOUR EAR. Reception told me this morning that the Dr.no longer works on ears and only does nose and throat which makes no sense since he has a title of being an ENT. Makes no sense. Ridiculous. They need to take "Ear" out of the title for the business.

Terrible service. Zero follow through. Rockstar Dr. And not registered with the BBB so you have no recourse.
