Great experience. Simple and easy. We worked with Earl and he was great! Informative and got us in the car fast!

Terrible place to rent a car. Would give less than one star if I could. Shuttle pick up is so far from the baggage claim, and we had to wait like 15 minutes for a shuttle after walking 15 minutes. Shuttle driver was more like a NASCAR driver. We made it safely but it was definitely an experience I'll remember. I had to extend one day and they charged me an additional $268 for one day when our contract rate was only $45 a day. Total rip off with poor customer service. Only good thing about the place was Andy - he was nice enough when checking us in. Would NEVER use Easirent again.

They have high reviews because you get an upgrade if you show them you’ve reviewed them 5 stars.
The shuttle sits in the lot while you wait at the airport for them to show. Called them multiple times and said the shuttle had left the office and was heading to the pickup area 8 minutes away. Took 35 minutes for them to show up.
Many people reserved cars ahead of time, and while we were all waiting for the shuttle, they called and were told that even though they had a reservation, there were no cars for them.
Don’t rent with them unless you want to panic over whether you just got scammed or not.

Lynalia helped me out with my rental process. I give her 10 out of 10 for her costumer service. Very professional and respectful.

Why is their close time so early with no after hours pick up option. Don't they know flights get delayed and they just add to the stress by stranding people.

This place was terrible. They did not have the car I reserved and offered a small car for a higher price. I ended up getting a larger car for a MUCH higher price than I wanted. Also my cars oil change was a year overdue. The whole process was painful, the employees had no idea what they were doing and extremely rude to me as well as other customers at the same time I was there. Please consider this review and use a well known company. It’ll save you money, time, and your sanity.

Tea is the best customer service rep…had a rough trip from Chicago and he made everything much more enjoyable

Nice people, easy to book. However $15 a day to use a $20 booster seat is a little out there. But if you want to get the car you already spent time to get to and reserve, you're left no choice. That is taking advantage of customers. Car was in nice condition, had no other troubles.

I would like to take a second an say Lynalia gonzalez as a young woman made my experience with this business a memorable one as it was a rough day for the wife an i but Mrs Gonzalez was full of joy an was respectful to the T she brought light to a dim day she always kepted a smile an never changed her demeanor evan when i was got upset she did her best at making a bad situation into a pleasant one you really have a gem with this one here i will definitely be coming back thank you for a wonderful experience

I rented a great car. Great service. Fast shuttle to airport. Pick up process was easy. Rent Easirent every time I’m in Ft Meyers.

The person who wrote us up offered to have us prepay for an extra day because we weren’t sure if we would make it back in time on Sunday. He said if we made it back before 1045am we wouldn’t be charged the extra day. We made it back at 1042am and when I asked him to credit back the extra day, he said “you signed the contract and I gave you options” yes and you also said you would credit it back. Thanks a lot David
