This is is the worst experience my friend and I ever had waited inside for 30 mins for someone to show up it was empty in the office the guy at the desk wouldn’t except our insurance and charged us over double what our original price was I’m outraged I would like to speak to a manger or corporate someone form this company please contact me they didn’t have masks on! And no insurance copy or registration for car!

Do the math. My rental charges for 10 days for the most basic car was $246 (plus taxes). Because I didn't have proof that I carried collision insurance when I picked the car up, they hit me up for $26.75 a day. I had my insurance agent back home send me a copy of my policy stating that I did carry collision. I called Easirent and told them that I now had proof, an employee told me to bring it in. When presenting it to the manager, Frankie, he said that he could not credit my credit card and I could not get a refund for taking the car back early. My total charges ended up being $688. If you want to risk using this company BRING A COPY OF YOUR COLLISON COVERAGE and maybe you can get a fair price

My rental had to be cancelled and no one answered the phone. I called for 3 days straight before anyhone picked up and it still took an additional 2 days to receive my refund.
When someone finally answered, he put me on hold right away and when he came back on the line I told him not to put me on hold again because I was calling for 3 days straight and FINALLY got an answer. He laughed and didn't care about my situation.

Very bad customer service.

We had booked car one day ago, and we came in office and they said, ”we don't have now, wait for some time” we waited and finally said we don't have car right now.

Odd little facility that felt as if I were on a reality TV show about to be pranked. Everything seemed dated (the decor and systems) and the process took far longer than I've ever taken while renting a vehicle. Fortunately the staff was friendly and my car was cheap. Other reviews had numerous other issues I did not encounter. My only negative was about the slowness of the process.

Now that I know JAX has rental cars available on site, I will rent a car at the airport in the future.

Rented two vehicles for a family event we had flown into Jacksonville for. Arrived JAX late in the evening and after a phone call to the Easirent office caught the Wally Park shuttle, Easirent is located at Wally Park. Would have been helpful to know in advance what to look for. Fortunately they answered my call.

Location was dark and poorly lit. My son-in-law was with me, we both determined the location seemed a little sketchy. The clerk was friendly enough, but required a copy of my car insurance policy in order for me to decline their coverage. Who travels with this? This sure wasn’t mentioned in the information online. Of course, I couldn’t contact my agent at that time of the evening. My son-in-law had information relative his policy, which was determined to be ok by the clerk, very fortunate for me.

Shoot a picture of your auto policy and have handy if you are renting here, FYI. I’ve been asked for my agent’s name and company in the past at other rentings but never for the actual policy number.

Vehicle inspections were made by the clerk, who walked around the cars in the dark, before we left with the vehicles. Interior odor of the cars wasn’t pleasing. I found a broken reflector on the passenger side rear the next day in the light and called to report it. I was told not to worry, we knew about that.

One of the cars had a low tire light come on as soon as I started the car up. The agent said not to worry, the tires were fine. The light stayed on all week, and the tires seemed ok at my daily visual inspection.

Returning the cars seemed a little less scary than our initial experience. Of course, it was daylight then. It’s apparently a low budget operation. Things aren’t well marked outside when making the return, no big deal.wasn’t charged more after the fact as far as my credit card records show.

Not worth the uncertainty of going back there thinking I’m saving money in the future. I’ll rent and pick up right at the airport in the future.

Please read the reviews before reserving from Easirent, I reserved a rental from Easirent in Jacksonville, FL on airport rd.the day before my scheduled rental and when I arrived at my scheduled time, they told me they do not have any rentals available and would not have any for 3 hours that's if they return on time because some have not returned on time. The service was unprofessional and of poor quality. If you have important business to tend to and or you value quality service, DO NOT use Easirent. If it was possible to give zero stars I would.

The one star is only because Brian because he was very helpful with the rental process. If it wasn’t for him I would give the company 0 stars. I had booked online and when I went to pick up the car, the system was down and Brian still was able to get me into a vehicle. It was dark and so I wasn’t able to inspect the vehicle throughly. It did have a slight smell of smoke and the windshield was cracked. I noticed the sticker on the tag was expired and has been so since August of 2020, I rented the car in the beginning of February 2021. I drove from out of town while I was on a work trip and went to get the sticker replaced and the agent working there, not Brian, was rude and dismissive as if I was an inconvenience to him when it was me that was inconvenienced by having to drive from out of town to get the tag issue resolved. He told me that I would’ve been ok if I had gotten pulled over. He had no guarantee that I would be ok. What if the officer who stopped me wasn’t having a good day and decided to take it out on me? That was gas and mileage oh and the unlimited mileage is 150 per day, go figure. I called customer service and that was a joke as well. She told me that I needed to send an email and someone would get back to me as there was no one in the call center that could resolve my issue. I work in customer service and there is always someone that can help you. I would NOT recommend that anyone rents from here.

No social distancing in the office. One member checking you in did not wear a mask. Everyone leaving the office is upset by the time they leave. Not customer friendly. The women in the office is very nice she did try.
This is the only time I rented a car I needed proof of my auto insurance. Be prepared as we saw several people leave mad and upset.

No problem getting the shuttle Wallypark from the Airport to the rental place. Wallypark drivers were super nice! Different story when I get to Easirent. No one there bothering to where a mask. I had bought the insurance through Expedia and paid for the car but this employee was telling me the insurance through Expedia was nothing and I had to buy their insurance. I told him absolutely NOT. I showed him my Liberty Mutual insurance card and he finally shut up! Every few minutes he kept trying to tack on extra charges. I had put the card on my Credit card NOT Debit card and they still wanted a $250 hold on my card. When I finally got the car it was no dirty. Thank God I had Clorox wipes with me! Dropping off was a headache also! NEVER AGAIN WILL I RENT A CAR FROM THEM.

LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS! SERIOUSLY! I know you probably want to save money $$$ and you're like WOW! This is cheap. ITS NOT! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE along with the other 5 people in the lobby with me at the same time. I booked with TRAVELOCITY (who are great) and they refunded me my money:) but the MANAGER at EASIRENT took my full payment then DOUBLED THE DEPOST ONCE I GOT THERE AND ONCE I DIDNT AGREE TO THE $500 deposit KEPT MY PAYMENT! UNPROFESSIONAL. SASVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY!

The price online + fees for unlimited mileage (if you’re local resident) plus other fees. End up costing more than the reputable rental car co. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY HERE.
