East Bay Animal Hospital reviews
14Loving Care office is always nice to my puppy who is a burst of energy @ all times. I've never had a bad experience with anyone or anything that works for Loving Care.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful and make you feel comfortable bringing your precious little babies there
After looking for a place to take our Guinea pig for a cheek abscess this is the only vet that could take him in right away, they also boarded him for us as we were going out of town the next day, they gave him his medicine and treated him super well. We took him in for a follow up appointment today and he is happy and healthy. Everyone that we talked to at this vet were so nice and helpful from the front desk to the technicians and doctor. I would highly recommend!
Office was clean and staff was wonderful. They took great care of my pup and put her on the path to recovery. Very thankful for all they did and their compassion toward my pup and my husband and me. Not so great looking location, but in this case, the "cover" doesn't matter. Really awesome vet.
I have have taken my yellow head Amazon parrot there 3 times. They are very profess, courteous, & very good with Roxy. My son has also used them for his dogs. I would highly recommend them to any ones loves their animals as much as we do.
Needed a new veterinarian after being left high and dry by my previous veterinarian, so I gave East Bay Animal Hospital a try after reading good reviews. Dr. Moore and her staff are amazing. Friendly, helpful, and care a great deal about your pet. Even though our cat escaped, ran around and hid from them. I can't say enough good about them.
Everyone is kind and caring. My little old buddy was not the least but afraid. Very clean.
Overall warm staff. It seems they did not get weight right for three Chihuahuas, although it really doesn't matter. Vet seemed knowledgeable and there was no pressure to pursue further treatment for some issues, and were not judgmental. This was the second visit and will recommend them in a heartbeat.
I called in about a question of my cat having fleas. The woman who answered was so nice and offered her advice without me having to bring my indoor cat in. She said because of the cold winter we just had that the dormant fleas are out in full force. I thanked her so much for being so helpful and telling me what to do:)
I loved EBAH at first, they are very caring, but I question their business practices. My cat has high blood pressure. She was put on meds for it and I needed to bring her back in 2 weeks to have her blood pressure checked. I was charged$66 for it. I was told to bring her back yet again in 2 weeks! I did and was given a bill for $116! To have her blood pressure taken? I questioned it and the receptionist said she didn't know I didn't get an exam, just blood pressure. How don't you know that? It's in the records. First, $66 is too much to have a blood pressure check and second, it was unethical to try to charge me more. The Dr's are very nice which is why I went back but for the prices they charge, they could fix the giant holes in their parking lot.
I was very pleased how well my dog was treated today. He had been feeling bad and since my usual vet was booked East Bay got us in. Very friendly staff.
Lady was rude over the phone during my call. My dog had an emergency and she flat out didn't wanna help me. Told me no chance to get my dog in to be seen. Only option was to go to the ER. These vet offices are borderline crooks. Waiting to take so much money from you. No compassion
Went there for the first time for a wellness check on my fur baby (cat). Everyone was very friendly and helpful.plan on using them as my vet.
Well. I certainly hope that you won't take your pet there. One of the vet techs is a known drug addict with multiple felony drug convictions and I understand is shorting pets on anesthesia to feed the addiction. To be fair, I hear the vet is no longer allowing this person access to meds.
