I was very impressed with the service! The Technician was knowledgeable and informative. The communication between myself, the Technician and the office staff was exceptional.

AC broke down in the middle of the night. Called around and got a lot of lip services. All of the 24/7 support numbers as advertised are just call centers taking leads to trap you in for "next morning's appointment, " not real repairmen on standby to serve emergency matters. East Coast Air Solutions is exceptional. The service manger Jim was amazing, responsive and caring, and real! This is a really good service provider - reliable and responsive. A rarity. Highly recommend.

What a great and professional company. Jim Jeanite showed up on time, and with ease diagnosed my HVAC issues and helped beyond mentioning. Just bought a house and won't ask for another tech. Jim Jeanite is the best. Lol the company is great too.

Unfortunately. I had a new A. C.put in less than 3 years ago by a different company. Fortunately Jim came to save the day, On a Saturday, In less than 45 minutes, 3 years later, and identified that I have a free-on leak. Unfortunately. Jim was faced with a customer who actively looks to break down business acumen. Fortunately, Jim is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, and is a genuine person, not a full blown sales rep looking to separate you from your bank account. I am extremely impressed with the service and response time. If you're reading this review, you're likely in the spot I was in yesterday - I'm sorry. However, Look no further! You found the business your looking for.

My A/C stop working after 10pm
I called the company and within an hour Jim the tech was here and got my A/C back to working, I even signed up with the year maintenance service.
