Thank you Tom for your personal call to me in regards to my negative review with East coast Auto. I truly appreciate your loyalty and honesty and I am grateful. Unfortunately I had a car that just happened to give me back to back issues and was overwhelmed with all the repairs needed. However, I would like to thank you for reimbursing me 100% of what I spent. I'd like to Thank you and your team once again. I would hope to be able to come back if I needed anything in the future. I pride myself on being pretty mechanically savvy. I’ll take on just about anything in my own garage. However, every once in a while I hit a dead end and need an expert I can really trust. Especially as someone who does know about cars, I’m always worried about getting ripped off when I need a pro. Well, East Coast became the perfect place for me to go for anything I need on my vehicles. I drive well out of my way to bring my cars here.

Clean and orderly shop. Fair and honest pricing. Quick turnarounds. Always available to call for any questions/explanations. I absolutely love that whatever the job, it’s done through to completion and they simply aren’t happy to have you pick up the car until it’s PERFECT. And if for whatever reason the car does get back home and isn’t perfect, they will happily take the car back in to make it right. They are more than willing to be 100% transparent with their assessments, lay out all the options, and offer guidance. True professionalism. It also feels great to support a local business rather than pad the accounts of a large company.

Brought in my 2008 Lexus. Over 100k miles. Many small items in suspension and brakes needed replace. Car rides nice and tight again. Will be keeping this car another 100k. Great job and highly recommended.

This place is amazing! Fast and reliable service and they fix what needs to be done the first time. Finally a shop that takes the stress out of getting my car worked on. The shop is super clean and they recognize you when you walk in. Everyone is so nice- finally a shop I can recommend!

Steve and the technicians at East coast automotive are 'Top Shelf' in their assessment and repair while maintaining a professional working knowledge of my issue, while keeping the cost under consideration.

I had taken my BMW M5 here in June 2022, since it had an apparent transmission issue. They couldn’t fix it (since they didn’t have the proper equipment for a M5) but they were honest about it and didn’t charge me for any diagnostics they had performed. I would go back here for my other cars.

VERY nice looking shop! Everyone I’ve met seems genuine and caring. It’s no wonder they stay busy.

They give reliable and fast service. I always trust them to address my automotive needs. The last time I went in for my state inspection, I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

Jeannine & Tom and also Steve are always there to fix my truck in a timely manner. Thank you. The best!

Either you have problems with wiring, AC, brakes, battery or anything associated with your vehicles they are there to help you.

I cannot say enough good things about East Coast Automotive! Our car had a number of warning lights that came on simultaneously and we brought it here to determine what the issue may be. They took the time to inspect it and said that it was likely something as simple as the gas cap not being on tightly enough. They could have easily told me it was a number of different parts that needed to be replaced, but they didn’t do that. They are so honest and I am so impressed by them. I will definitely be coming back for any future services that are needed. The impeccable reviews are very well deserved. Thank you so much for the help!

Can't say enough good things about East Coast. I've been taking my car and my wife's there for years. I just took my car in to the Lincoln dealership due to a recall. On the way down my car would not accelerate past 40 mph (nothing to do with the recall). Lincoln service department said I needed a new fuel sensor assembly which would cost $900 AND another $2,000 to replace the fuel line because its "known to crack when the fuel sensor is changed". Took the car to East Coast and all that needed to be changed with the oil filter and some new oil due to the oil filter leaking. Saved me $2,700!

Good shop. Took my Audi Q7 in for an overheating issue and they fixed it in a couple days. They were honest and fair with the price.

A great bunch! Really nice people, Steve did a great job informing me of the work being performed. My new goto place when I need any work done on my vehicle.can't say enough

EAST COAST ROCKS!

While it turns out my vehicle is a lost cause, the time and care the folks at East Coast offered (at NO charge I might add) was pretty unbelievable.

Start to finish, the scheduling, dropoff, turnaround time and pickup could not have been easier — they’re a well oiled machine there, and the diagnostic services offered were as detailed / comprehensive as any I’ve run across.

What really blew me away though, was the honesty with which the handled things — in an industry where it is very easy, and probably more often the norm, to take advantage of the customer, East Coast told me all that could be fixed, and then suggested a “do not resuscitate” might be the best plan of action for my particular situation.

In the end, this shop was incredible, and I will most definitely be back just as soon as I have a vehicle that’s actually worthy of repair, lol!

Most helpful and understanding people, you won't find at another mechanic. They helped troubleshoot the issue on my vehicle and laid out all of my options for me. When I decided to sell my car instead of fixing it, they were very helpful in the process of me finding a buyer. They were very understanding and did not try to give me repairs I didn't needed. I highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Got me in quickly and took care of the issue with no problems. Super nice and honest people, will be going back for all future car maintenance needs

The BEST mechanic shop, I've ever experienced! Helpful, beyond words.reasonably priced and incredibly fair with the work that needed done on my vehicle. And I had a ton of work-around challenges that included somehow transporting a 100 lb Golden Retriever, that had nothing to do with my repairs needed:) They accommodated all the things! I am very leery of auto shops and I cannot speak higher of this team! Thank you, Tom, Jeanine, Steve, Luis, Mark.everyone who helped me this week! I wish I could give them 100 stars:)

Been using this shop for about 8 years now, and love it! I never really trusted or used shops much - did nearly all of my own work because of decades of overpriced shops that are hacks. These people are professional, priced right, and are trustworthy. They do an A+ job, and have sent my family here with awesome experiences. I won't go anywhere else!
