I ran in at the last minute before closing to have shirts embroidered with my company logo. East Coast Customs did not disappoint! They were polite and communicated with me via email through the entire process. My 5 shirts were completed quickly without any error. I will be back and recommend them to everyone! Thanks guys:)

Don’t advertise that you close at 8pm when you close at 6: 30pm. Tried calling all day to see if they were open to put a logo on sweatshirts. No answer. Terrible customer service. Say from the beginning that you are closed instead of wasting my time. No loyalty to who would have been a return customer. The guy in there was literally sitting there doing nothing and talking and flirting with some girl in the shop. Don’t waste your time. Use the embroidery shop off of Mason Avenue! They provide better service and quality work!
