Jackie is an absolute miracle worker! Two other cleaners failed to remove the stains on my wedding suit, leaving me hopeless. But Jackie came to the rescue! Her expertise and dedication amazed me as she successfully eliminated the stubborn stains. I thought I'd have to buy a new suit, but Jackie saved the day. Besides her exceptional skills, Jackie's helpfulness, kindness, and politeness are unmatched. She took the time to understand my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I am forever grateful for her outstanding service. Jackie is the epitome of a dry cleaning professional, and I highly recommend her to everyone in need of impeccable service.

Used them for delivery service. Only deliver after 6pm or very early and clothes take longer than any dry cleaners can recall. Lost my sheets yet despite sending back the pillow cases for missing sheets then told me that the "lady at the plant they send it to advised she did not have / lose them" therefore they did not lose the sheets i.e. I never sent them in - I live in an apartment by myself and only owned two sets of sheets but a lady you send to in a plant says didn't lose them and it is me? Another time they didn't drop off my clothes for days after ready so I asked to call me to take payment despite my missing sheets and they never even called me to take my money and when I asked next day they said didn't deliver bc I never paid. I advised I asked them to take pmt yesterday and response was "end of day I am really busy and to call them to give payment" - I COULD NOT EVEN PAY forget the sheets missing

The best in West Palm Beach, we’ve been using them for 3 years. I was very disappointed with 2 other dry cleaners in downtown West Palm. I am always staining my clothes (food and red wine). East Coast gets them all out. Difficult stains are removed from my wife’s designer clothes even on delicate materials like silk ect. The parking is easy right in front of the door always and on a quiet street. The location is walking distance to downtown, the marinas in West Palm and the Royal Poinciana bridge The owner is a great person you meet her once and she remembers you forever, she’s always there. Great quality and service not like the others that can’t get stains out, make you feel like they are doing you a favor and over charge you.

I have been using East Coast Dry Cleaners for a few years now and every experience has been wonderful. I have taken numerous items with stains and they have been able to magically get them out every time. I have had some pieces altered and they did a wonderful job. Arriving in West Palm Beach with some trousers soiled while traveling, I searched for a remedy and East Coast Dry Cleaners appeared at the top of the list. One of the owners, Jackie, warmly welcomed me and I felt I’d made the right choice.

When I returned to get my trousers, both pairs had been cleaned and pressed to high standards. Jackie also noticed that one pair was spotted and had added a note to pre-spot them. I’d forgotten to mention spilling food on them and they came out looking as good as new. Highly recommended!

I have taken every single stained white garment to this incredible place and she has gotten out every single stain, from red wine to coffee.i had another dry cleaner try 3 different times to get the stains out and they couldn’t do it.this woman is a magician.she got out red wine that sat for over a year on a very thin white blouse.she’s incredible.highly, highly recommend

Can’t speak highly enough of East Coast Dry Cleaners! The owner of this place has a photographic memory, every time I come into the store she remembers me and the clothing I dropped off! This is the only place I will bring my white clothing, it comes back looking brand new! We had rust stains on some outdoor cushions and she was able to get everything looking fantastic.

Hands down the best service in Palm Beach. Been going here for three years and the amount of times they have gone above and beyond for me; I just haven't experienced that anywhere else.
