This has been the most traumatizing customer service of my life. First the threaten to repossess our truck because of an insurance cancellation (this turned out to be an error on their part). Then I asked for a pay off balance as I was so disgusted with the way they handled me. When I went to pay it off they threatened to call the police on me and told me i need to get out the office because the pay off they sent was incorrect. There was no apology or anything. The worst part the lady barking at me was Rachell Alonso who happens to also be a manager so you can't even complain to anyone about how horrible she is. She told me I should have common sense to know it was wrong. I mean in what world should the customer have to double check an institution to make sure they are doing their job correctly and then be belittled for not doing so. She went on to say they are humans and make mistakes and I have also made many mistakes in my life etc. I thought this was completely out of line I mean what does my mistakes have to do with them threatening to repossess our truck and then sending the wrong payoff amount. They were wrong, strong and completely unapologetic. People like her should not be dealing with customers directly, unless she get extensive training in how to deal with customers. If you can seek another company to take your loan at, please do so. They are not worth the mental and emotional stress you will endure as a business partner.

Don't get a loan from this company if you don't understand how to calculate interest. I was trying to finance a truck and they immediately approved me at 30% interest rate which is insane. I never heard anyone charging 30% interest rate. They usually don't say anything about the interest rate. Instead they focus on the payment, so don't get a loan if you don't understand how to calculate the interest because they may charge you 50% interest.

This company spammed my inbound contact form on my website that is meant for prospective clients only. We did not request any information from them.

Less than ideal credit score, but was able to get a deal done with Bruno and his team. They were nice and realistic about my opinions, with all that being said I’m happy with my new boat!

Bruno and his staff do an outstanding job, getting deals approved, docs and funding challenging transactions. They are an outstanding group to do business with.

These guys are the best in the subprime market. Real Estate Loans, Luxury Assets, Business Loans, and Private Equity. Every time I send them a deal they give me approval within 2 hours. What a way of making me make money simple and fast. Bruno is the best. If you are a finance broker you should start by sending your deals to these guys.
