I sat there for 1.5 hrs putting together a quote for 2 vehicles and a bike came up w a # forgot the vin for 1 of my trucks so I ran home to get it, come back (20min) ready to finalize the deal and his attitude has changed and he says that quote was for a monitoring app to be put on your vehicle this is what it will be w/out that $150 more a month.lol WHAT we NEVER DISCUSSED ANY OF THIS. WOW!
