Eastside Veterinary Hospital reviews
19So happy to finally find a vet taking new patience. Highly recommend them. Friendly professional.
Dr. Geiler and his staff are absolutely wonderful! So happy to have our treasured pet Mia treated here for so many years!
I have been taking my furbabies here for years. Wouldn’t trust them with anyone else. The entire staff is truly wonderful, front desk team are a wonderful bunch and always so helpful. The doctors are so patient and listen to our every concern. I no longer live in the Clermont area but still make the drive simply because I know they know what they are doing and treat us wonderfully.
Good science and logic are practiced during the diagnosis. There's no shortage of caring and compassion. I like our dog being here at Eastside Vet. Hosp.
Dr. Geiler and his staff are amazing. Love them. I highly recommend them for dogs, cats, brids, guinea pigs. I've been going there for 20 years! They do an awesome job. Several years ago he saved my cat Nutella.
They are amazing here and able to squeeze in my girls for a sick appointment. Prices are fair and Dr. Geiler never pushes services that aren’t needed. Thank you!
Our first dog went to Eastside Veterinary, and we loved them. Now that we have our second dog, he only sees Eastside Veterinary.
I have been to Eastside Vet 3x in the last year. Each experience has been great while not being too pleasant due to circumstances. Our younger one had a limp and they recommended fewer/shorter walks for a few weeks. No pain meds. He wasn’t whimpering and hasn’t limped since so I appreciate them not prescribing when it wasn’t deemed necessary.
The last two times were with our elderly, 17 year old, rescue who had been displaying signs of UTI on top of her signs of anxiety and dementia (extreme shaking, inability to get comfortable, fear and confusion when waking up, slept 22hours a day, etc). Dr. Geiler was amazing with me as I asked repetitive questions, cried, and asked for clarification. He gave me options and made me (and Betty) very comfortable. After a week of antibiotics and pain meds, her symptoms did not get better and we decided with her age and many other ailments, being more invasive was not going to put her at ease. We returned at the end of the week where they quickly got us into the back to lay her to rest.
The staff was calm, comforting, gave us space to be with her and talked us through the entire process. While it was a terrible day, the staff made it a bit more manageable. We have since received her ashes as well as a condolence card with her paw print and some fur. I recommend them 100%. We had hoped Dr. Geiler would be with us but were happy with the service we received from the Dr. On site. (Unfortunately I cannot remember her name as it was not my focus at the time).

Place is very friendly and answer my questions, they treated my dog like family although she was scared they handled themselves professionally. They also clean the rooms right after you leave
My goto very! I would give them 5 stars but in the last few months I can't make an appointment. They are booked a month in advance.
We were able to get an appointment for our Guinea pig within a few days from calling. We had to wait a little after arriving since we were squeezed in that day. The doctor decided our Guinea pig needed a surgery to remove a growth on her belly. She stayed there overnight and had the surgery the next day. They did an excellent job on her. Her stitches looked good and she healed well. They called us a day after the surgery to check on her. You could tell the entire staff cared for her well-being.
They never answer the phone, understaffed and will not see your pet. First thing they ask, "have we seen your pet before" if the answer is no, they we will not see the pet. Save a trip to this place.
Knowledgeable staff. They make sure you understand the condition and care your fur baby needs. Very caring and compassionate. Worth the wait when busy. So glad I found this office and staff. Highly recommend them
They take good care of my dog. She doesn't like the table when it rises and they keep her calmed down by talking to her. They are very friendly and they explain everything they are doing.
Kudos in willingness to take on an injured bird of prey! Now that I know where you, are I certainly will consider you as a family vet.
No better Vet or staff! They are extremely good to all 4 of our boxers. Prices are more than reasonable!
We have several animals and take them all to Dr. Rod and staff. Easy to work with. We have 2 rescues that require medications regularly that they work with us to get what we need and only visiting when needed.
This is a great office. The staff and Dr. Geiger really show care. The office is always clean and I usually don't ever have to wait long. I would recommend them to anyone.
Although we had a wait a while to get a new patient appointment for our 13 year old Shih Tzu, it was well worth the wait. Dr. Geiler and his staff were amazing! The office and exam rooms are large and clean. The wait time was very short,
compared to other offices we have been to in the past. Our dog was very much at ease during her visit. Dr. Geiler is knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. You can tell he loves what he does!
